Overall the room is clean. The hotel is quite new, saw on lobby mention that it was opened in 2024. Breakfast selection is limited but acceptable. Hotel lobby is not accessible directly, need to walk pass guard house without shelter, hence if raining, it is very inconvenient. There is gym room with high floor view, but not much equipment.

Overall is good. Parking is convenient. Easy access to Jonker street provided you have your own transportation.

Since this hotel is just about 1 year-old, the cleanliness was satisfactory. Requests made to Housekeeping were met satisfactorily. The room is spacious including the toilet 👍 We also like the big private Carpark with guardhouse and all the guards are polite and 1 or 2 of them even greets you with salute whenever our car go in or out of the hotel 👍❤️ Though the hotel is quite a distance from popular tourist spots, but the advantage is it’s quietness. But one very big Minus point for us is the centralized Aircon is very loud even you set the fan speed to lowest. Upon my request, the Aircon man came but couldn’t do anything since it is centralized 😓This is a big pity and I strongly suggest the hotel management looks into this issue seriously and hopefully this issue is solved satisfactorily when I plan my next visit.

New hotel, the cleanliness is superb. Hair dryer provided is good and the aircon is cold. Downside is the swimming pool under maintenance and no covered parking. Overall the price is worth for the stay.

Overall for the room, cleanliness & service was good. For the breakfast, i would like to suggest if you can put more variaties of menu. The restaurant's crew was good as well. Congrats & keep it up Tamara Hotel!

Value for price. The overall is good, except for some minor dirty on the bedsheet and pillow sheet. Suggested to use detergent to clean your bedsheets and pillow sheets, as it’s white colour, which is very easy to get dirty.

I recently stayed at Eco Tree Hotel Melaka and had an overall decent experience. The location is quite convenient, with many attractions within walking distance, which was a plus. The rooms were clean and spacious, though they could use a bit of updating, as some of the furniture and fixtures seemed worn out. The staff was friendly but not very proactive in addressing some minor issues during my stay, like slow Wi-Fi, breakfast coupon and limited toiletries especially the laundry bag only 1 piece in the bathroom. While the rooftop pool offers a nice view of the city, less crowded. For the price, it was a satisfactory stay, but there’s definitely room for improvement.
