總的來說還不錯，下次還會想住。大廳氣派，親子家庭房也夠大，房間乾淨舒適，床軟硬適中很好睡！缺點：退房時電梯超難等，3台電梯都滿滿滿的人，等很久，安全通道只能到B1,車停B2還是要想辦法去別層擠電梯才能去B2！小孩說很喜歡，有泳池還可以泡湯，還有球池，有PS5，小咘咘車賽道，兒童遊樂設施多樣！是以後帶小孩一起出行的口袋名單！

礁溪溫泉里CP值高的飯店，公共設施多樣選擇也有sap溫泉，房間寬敞，湯又好泡，餐點還有早午餐特色😋，玩到都沒去老街逛逛🤭

第一次入住川湯春天旗艦館，真的很棒，除了有到轉運站的免費接駁車之外，大人盡情享受spa，小孩子開賽車完全不想走，重點是隔天的早（午）餐沒有限制用餐時間可以吃到13點！只住一晚大家都依依不捨，絕對會再回訪的飯店！

唯一美中不足的就是房價太高。溫泉泡完身體很舒服。房間很乾淨但是希望以後家庭入住不要住邊間。

飯店位置非常方便，火車站出來走五分鐘就到了。房間整理的很好，設施很棒，泡溫泉，晚上也開放遊樂室，小孩們玩得很開心。早餐也是豐盛的，選擇性相當多，晚起的家庭，可以先辦理退房，再慢慢的吃到13:00。

我第二次入住，沒想到觀感變差：
1.check in時，給了證件後櫃台先生沒有笑臉ㄧ定要看我的手機訂單才能確認而且還問我是在哪個網站訂的，我説姓名證件都給了還查不到嗎？給了訂單又問幾個人入住，這不是飯店訂單檔案資料應該都有的吧？感覺很不好！
2.進房後發現是面向市景房間（和預訂網路上的照片不同），又下樓去櫃檯詢問，得到櫃台人員回答説這是訂房網站的問題，有問題你可以自己去聯絡！我說客人都只管訂房交錢，都進了飯店是你們的客人，這樣不是為難客人也不合服務業的常理嗎？櫃台人員冷淡重複回應同樣的話，我說這樣會產生客訴與負評，櫃台人員更冷的回應説，這是你的權利！
3.我實在無法想像現在服務業極度競爭的環境下竟然能訓練出這樣的第一線員工，該飯店老闆及主管難道都不知不聞或無所謂！
