飯店座落地點尚可，服務人員態度良好，房間乾淨明亮，早餐餐廳菜色很可以，整體算不錯，唯一缺點就是房間隔音差。

訂房前已要求要高樓層，但給了我們最低樓層，而且窗戶望出去，剛好是滿布垃圾的鐵皮屋頂，即時令人心情變差，我們下午4時抵達飯店時，相信還沒有多少其他旅客，不知為什麼給我們最差的房間位置。
飯店地點也不好，附近沒有什麼餐廳，而且離礁溪車站很遠。
飯店價格連税也不便宜，這價格在礁溪那邊也可找到更好，相信下次一定不會再來。

乍看外表是個老飯店，但是房間感覺有翻新過，非常乾淨舒適，地點也很優，停車場有兩個都很方便，附近也方便吃飯，離火車站也非常近。
