To say something positive, the house is quite new, the hygiene is good, the shower water is hot, there is a kitchen with a water dispenser, the living room has a large public activity space, boys and girls have their own room, and they share a bathroom. But I think the sheets and quilt covers smell bad. The owner said they have been changed, and there is indeed a smell. I guess they were not washed clean?
