酒店很棒，有種避世的安逸感。第一次住悦榕莊品牌，對工作人員的服務態度非常滿意，每個人都熱情真誠。住的西遞別墅，有地暖和中央空調，木質大浴缸泡澡也很舒服。謝謝我們的管家Charlotte，熱情周到又貼心，給我們發了行程建議，退房也幫我們免去了麻煩。以後來黃山還會選擇悦榕莊。

我一般不做點評，但黃山悦榕莊是絕對的到位，昨晚住別的酒店朋友過來玩，打不到車酒店電瓶車直接把她送回去了，就這條几個酒店能做到，要是我肯定要發個二百小費給人家的，讓人感動。管家charlotte更是沒話説，這才是真正的酒店管家，滿分十分我會打十二分。真實內心點評。
