Great stay! Room is simple but great value, and I loved the old Anhui decorations in the lobby. Boss was kind to help me arrange a rideshare to the next destination. The old houses are not very noiseproof, but that's not the fault of the owners. That being said, it's fairly quiet if you don't have noisy neighbouring tourists haha.

Amazing room located in an ancient building, we got our own patio. The owner picked up us at the entrance of the village, he was very friendly. Rooms are very quiet and clean, that was just perfect.

The hotel is wonderful, so neat and of fantastic value!! I love the location and aesthetic of the hotel. Restaurant seemed extremely cute. The workers and receptionist are super friendly and tend to all needs!

It was a amazing experience, the location is perfect ; near the entrance and the exit and by the lake. The owner’s were really friendly and the room was spacious and clean and well heated.

Well located in the village. Just a two-min walk from the south entrance. As it’s an old building, noise travels through the walls so if the neighbouring rooms are noisy you can hear it clearly.

Excellent place to stay. Very close to the entrance of Hongcun village, making it easy to get to with luggage. The room was clean and had heated flooring making it cosy at night. Very friendly and helpful staff who organised transport for us. Would definitely recommend and would stay here again!

We booked duplex loft suite room and it was very comfortable stay. One living room and two bed rooms with large bed. One special bonus was, we were able to access to the roof top of the building from stairs next of this room. There was seating area on the rooftop and morning view from there was super nice. We highly recommend staying here.

The room is in the scenic area, which is very convenient for the boss to pick up the luggage and send it back and forth. It is very close to the lake. My father likes this big bed room very much. It is very clean and it feels very good to live in a century-old house. The important thing is that his restaurant is very delicious and clean, and the food is better than the restaurants inside and outside the scenic area.

I rarely write reviews. This hotel is very good. It has a great location and is very convenient. Whether you want to take photos at Nanhu Lake or go into the scenic area, it only takes 2 or 3 minutes. Every staff member at the front desk is warm and friendly, and they put themselves in the shoes of the guests. The service is meticulous. The room is clean and comfortable, the bed is comfortable, and the supplies are thoughtful. In addition, the food is very delicious. Guests staying in the hotel can enjoy a 12% discount. It is the best food on the trip so far. It is cost-effective.
