房間滿分，服務滿分，主動聯繫接送（需另付費，但是當剛從黃山下來看到接駁車的時候，是多開心麼，真的是一步都走不了），司機王師傅和我們一路聊天，介紹地方特色，聊得都不困了😂。
到了酒店，也是細心的安排了茶水，還有洗衣服務（夏天的衣服全是汗臭味，帶回家洗都餿了），早餐提前一天點好，中式餐飲，小孩子的費用也免費了。逛街時主動告知前台的礦泉水和飲料隨意拿😅。
上傳視頻衹能30s，截取了一部分，酒店真的很美。大堂的電視看到雲南那裡也有這家酒店，當時就説“如果我們明年去雲南，還訂這家吧”🤭
這次黃山旅行很滿意

非常滿意的一次住宿體驗，徽州風格建築，房間設施齊全，設計典雅，佈置貼心，酒店準備了竹纖維毛巾套裝、桃木梳、還有亞麻拖鞋，質量很好，連洗漱用品也不是廉價物品，服務意識強，態度很好！早餐服務也不錯，酒店餐廳對外，菜品有特色，價格與景區其他酒店相比也不貴。

位於西遞進門的大門口處，位置很方便。酒店內部空間很大，有好幾個院子，很適合拍照，非常出片！入住了能看到泳池庭院的房間，景色非常漂亮。衞生乾淨，房間沒有異味。服務更是沒得説啦，入住前會網上溝通，入住後管家會主動服務提行李上樓，詢問是否報名參加魚燈活動等等。另外酒店的餐廳味道也很不錯，臭鱖魚紅燒雞好評。很開心的一次入住體驗😄

地理位置：酒店位於西遞景區內，入住送每間房2張成人西遞門票，每位成人可以攜帶一個孩子，門票3天有效，所以2大2小入住景區可享受景區免票的待遇。
設施：酒店設施很棒，衞浴床品都不錯，裝修古色古香，送的桃木梳、洗漱用品、毛巾、棉麻拖鞋品質都很好，住一次酒店可以帶回好多伴手禮😀
服務：酒店服務親切熱情，服務員總是面帶微笑，遇到問題耐心位住客解決。早餐挺豐盛，晚上回房間還提供免費的冰鎮綠豆湯和冰粉。
環境：酒店依古建築和園林而建，住在酒店就能領略徽州古建築的青磚黑瓦白牆，如果能多住幾天就更好啦
