酒店的地理位置特別好，出行方便。服務也是我住過的酒店中最好的，從高鐵站出來接站，到停車場接駁車來接，聽説小朋友感冒還特意煮了薑茶，暖意滿滿。酒店一院一景，風格古樸雅緻，房間的設施、用品也很人性化，入住很舒心。因為小朋友感冒，西遞沒有葯店，酒店的工作人員還特地送我們去了衞生院，節約了我們的出行時間。臨走前在酒店的餐廳用餐，味道也是不錯。如果有機會再來西遞，還來入住。

房東小姐姐送了歡迎水果、下午茶、伴手禮，太貼心了！

免費升級了湖景大床房，推窗即見光影水幕秀，房間非常棒，特別是管家式服務很貼心，認真負責，第一次住酒店有種賓至如歸的感覺。接站司機師傅熱情好客，耐心幫我們規劃路線，下次來一定還選擇這家酒店！

酒店的環境、房間佈置等等都是中式偏明代傢俱那種簡潔、功能性很強的設計，審美非常好。
服務很棒，每一位工作人員都熱情友善，積極主動。
附加服務很多，水果、咖啡、茶飲、接送到遊客中心、伴手禮等等等等，非常細緻周到。
早餐品種不是很豐富，但很符合我們的喜好，簡簡單單但吃得很舒服。
位置靠近景區門口，但晚上出乎意料地安靜，睡得還不錯！
第一次體驗泊心雲舍，很不錯，有時間一定再來。
