I stayed in this hotel for a week, extending my stay twice, more than some other guests, so I can tell you everything based on the facts. I really liked the hotel, first of all, because everything is new and clean, just the way I like it. White towels, robes, bed linen, everything without yellowing or stains. Newly renovated, the air conditioner works well, there is a pool where you can lie down and sunbathe in hot weather. The managers are friendly, helpful, a transfer from the airport was provided, where they met us with a rose and took us to the hotel, it was very nice) Cons: there was not enough classic breakfast - pancakes and oatmeal, as well as regular scrambled eggs and a coffee machine so that you could drink cappuccino or at least Americano, only instant coffee was offered. This was very surprising, since I expected to try real Armenian coffee. There were boiled eggs, this is a plus, I think. I couldn't set up the TV to watch, but the WiFi was excellent, I could easily conduct online meetings, I watched everything I wanted on my computer myself. There is a 24-hour store nearby and most importantly - the Topaz tavern, where they have the most delicious khinkali, that's for sure!) Overall, I recommend the hotel to anyone with high requirements for the environment, cleanliness, and repair.

Прекрасный отель. Лучший за три года поездок в Ереван. Новый, чистый, мегасовременный, отличный интернет, приятный аромат в номере, нормальный завтрак (не хватает кофе машины). Есть лифт. По расположению для поездки в аэропорт 20 минут 400 рублей. Что рядом не успела изучить

Оценка номеру — "отлично", сервису — "есть над чем работать". Хороший отель с прекрасными номерами. Приятное впечатление оставил номер — он оказался очень красивым, уютным и продуманным. Отдельно отмечу очень удобную кровать — спалось прекрасно. Для комфортного проживания было всё необходимое: тапочки и халаты создавали атмосферу уюта. Расположение отеля удобное. Завтрак для очень лёгкого перекуса. В целом, потенциал у отеля большой, но сервису требуется больше оперативности и гостеприимства. Рекомендую обратить внимание на разнообразие завтраков и повышение оперативности работы службы сервиса. При устранении этих моментов отель станет отличным.

Останавливалась в отеле на один день ! Радушие , прекрасное отношение Армене, Вартана и директора отеля ну просто выше всяких похвал , порадовали во всех отношениях , очень милый отель , персонал очень доброжелательный , внутренний двор к как будто приехали на дачу , завтраки выше всяких похвал . Всем огромное спасибо за прием . Настоятельно рекомендую .

We stayed at Emmanuel Hotel in Armenia for 5 days and 4 nights, and it was an excellent experience from booking to checkout. The hotel is cozy, clean, and fully equipped—including a bidet! When my daughter got sick, the staff helped us every step of the way—they truly cared. We felt like family. Will definitely return and recommend to everyone!
