"This was a nice guest room above a lively bar/restaurant. Ensuite bathroom, comfy bed, smart TV (need your own account if you want to watch Netflix, iPlayer, etc), and WiFi. Town centre and Yeovil Park are within walking distance (luckily the roadworks had pedestrian access). If you're exploring the wider Somerset, a car is required. No breakfast provided sadly (I went to Morrisons for cooked breakfast and Lidl for continental, both ~5 minutes away), but they have good lunch/evening food which they can take up to your room."

"We booked the suite which was enough for 4 persons. Love the whole vibe of this hotel and how clean it was. The upstairs bedroom had a jacuzzi as well with lux bathrobes. Both the floors had TV and the bathroom had all amenities except toothpaste. The coffee counter had different varieties or teas, coffee and hot chocolate along with some biscuits as well."

Yeovil Town Centre ★★★

"The hotel's very much in need of a refurb. The first room stank, the second had someone in it, and the third was not as clean as we would expect from Prem. The shower curtain could've stood up on its own and the shower gel had been watered down. We were offered a drink in the bar to compensate for the issues, but when we went in most of the beers were unavailable, and when we asked for a menu for an evening meal, we were told the restaurant was shut at night due to there being only one chef and he was doing breakfasts. We have stayed at this Prem many times, but it's obvious that there's some issues here - maybe it's going to close and they're winding it down - that's certainly how it felt. However, the staff did their best to sort our problems and were friendly and professional."

"Had a lovely stay here for a few days away with work. The room was clean and spacious as expected. The staff were friendly and welcoming and made they stay more pleasant. The location was close to local retail parks and had a large supmarket just a few minutes drive away."

"I have stayed many times over the past 8 years and have never experienced any of the issues in the reviews. If there are any problems they were rectified immediately. They advertise as rooms only and have everything you need for your stay. There is a manager living on site and we have always found the owners to be friendly,approachable,hard working and professional-perhaps the owners dry sense of humour was misconstrued! The car park is small re the original inns layout,but there is a car park near the theatre that has plenty of space-in fact the Premier Inn in Yeovil doesn't have a car park and you have to use the car parks nearby. If you walk through a passage way it brings you to the small high street with shops,restaurants,Tesco and a couple of pubs close by."
