The Keep was exceptional and the staff was very friendly. The buffet served was awesome with bacon, sausages, beans and cereal. The eggs was ordered and freshly made.. WiFi was excellent and everything was just right..

I booked here to stay for a few days on a business trip for my work. I had stayed in Yeovil before, and it's fair to say the accommodation options are limited, and so my expectations weren't high. However, as soon as I received the email, I was reassured I would be getting a professional and caring experience. I was given clear instructions on how to check myself in, and what to do when I arrived, as the hotel operates a contactless check in. I stayed in Room 11 which was in the annex, and calling it a room is underselling it - it was more like an apartment, with a comfortable bed (they aren't lying when they call it a sleep boutique), very roomy environment and even a washing machine, kitchen and some complimentary mints and sweets as a welcome! The bathroom was also very roomy, and the complimentary wifi, modern TV as well as the standards for a hotel really made me feel welcome. For any travellers coming to Yeovil, The Keep is well located whilst being quiet, and it offers a service that outranks some of the national chains. It's currently somewhat of a hidden gem in Yeovil, but my advice would be to get a room while you can, as I'm not sure it'll be a secret for too long!
