very good hotel for family trip

I recently stayed at the Tui Magic life Hotel while on business and was extremely pleased with my experience. Conveniently located in the heart of the city center, this hotel offers easy access to major tourist attractions as well as business districts. The hotel facilities are modern and well maintained. My room was spacious, clean and beautifully decorated, offering stunning views of the city. The bed was incredibly comfortable, ensuring a restful night's sleep after long days of work. The customer service was exceptional. The front desk staff was friendly, professional and always ready to respond to my requests. Room service was quick and efficient, and the restaurant staff was attentive to my needs during my meals. Additionally, the hotel offers a range of facilities and services to make the stay even more enjoyable, including a well-equipped gym, a relaxing spa and a delicious buffet breakfast with a variety of options for everyone. tastes. Overall my stay at the Hotel was fantastic and I would highly recommend it to anyone looking for quality accommodation when visiting the area. I can't wait to go back on my next trip

Hotel on a very high level,rooms cleaned daily food tasty and varied slides and pools and beach and sea were great,the only small drawback was technical problems in the bathroom. Hotel service at a very high level. we recommend a stay here!

Big thanks to the hotel staff, you are the ones who make this place! the bartender at the beach bar - a good man with a smile (the best cocktails ever). water sports - first class service! Badra, Bilef, Saber and Rachid (I hope I spelled their names correctly) from the bar at the hotel are the people who make you feel special. They work hard and always have time for a joke.❤️ Thank you so much, you are the best!! BIG Thank you Africana!❤️❤️ We will definitely come back

Big shout out to watersport team Monta and Aziz who looked after us when on the banana boat 10/10. Abdou thanks for all the entertainment during the day getting us to join in. Food fantastic all the staff are brilliant always there and friendly. First visit to tunisia would definitely return thanks team tui magic life africana thankyou for an enjoyable stay

Here now having a great time lots to do in the day time entertainment team are amazing Abdu and marcela really made our holiday and a massive shout out to the water sport team (boat boys) Amazing variety of food and drinks and everyone is so friendly and can’t do enough to help you if you need anything First time tui magic life experience and will say it’s 10/10 Thankyou all

everything was amazing. awesome staff, great activities, a lot of good food. The stay was so good thanks to the entertainment team, they're so open and nice, doing their job really well special regards from Poland to Vlad, Manuela and Abdou

We had a wonderful stay at this hotel! The animation team was fantastic – we loved the white party nights and the fitness classes. The overall atmosphere was great and we really enjoyed our time there. However, I am very disappointed with the cleaning staff responsible for room 224 (and also room 226 where my kids were staying). Unfortunately, she stole my belt and a pair of golden earrings from my room ( ive already told her that but she didn't listen ) . On top of that, the housekeeping service was very poor. Despite asking several times, she never provided us with shampoo or toiletries during the whole week, except once at the beginning. This was extremely frustrating and really unacceptable for a hotel of this level. Everything else was wonderful, but I sincerely hope management takes this issue seriously and improves the housekeeping staff.

I don't even know where to start! But I HAVE to start with the dancers/animation/fitness team because they absolutely made my trip. 100 I LOVED the fitness group - honestly, never been to a hotel that offers such amazing classes (tip: download the TUl Magic Life app to see the schedule). Big applause to: • Shayn for the facial fitness classes (so unique!) •Marcela for zumba and salsa (so much energy) (perfect balance) •Yasmine for step & burn and yoga •Uashington for zumba and step (non- stop fun) •swazi the singer ! Angelic voice 🥰 Also the cooking class with the chef, special shoutout to the guest service lol really funny (Loved the slata mechwiya recipe) The team was incredible, so welcoming, and honestly the main reason I'll definitely be co back next year. The pools and beach were spotless — really well taken care of. The hotel has four pools (indoor one was closed this season), and we especially enjoyed the adults-only pool. My parents couldn't get enough of the jacuzzi pool. Oh also, the a la carte restaurants loved the indian / Mediterranean restaurants (you'll have to book) Also, I loved the little details - like the kids' song they play daily, super cute touch (shoutout to whoever came up with that, I think it's Mymo?). Overall, the hotel was clean everywhere, staff were friendly, and we had such a great week. Definitely planning to come back to a Magic Life hotel again! Also a special hello to shayn for always dancing with me🤣

Great experience at this hotel. Amazing welcoming, very delicious food, perfect services. The room was spacious and clean. Special thanks for the guest service manager Hadhoud ❤️ he was over welcoming and a great help for us along our stay! Wi be back for sure!
