The staff were so friendly and warm. I was a little worried because I was traveling alone, but I had a comfortable stay. The location was great, with Wanda Plaza within walking distance, and Sosung-ri within walking distance! There's a Mala Xiang Guo restaurant nearby, so I walked there too! I think it would be spacious and comfortable even with family! There's no elevator, but they helped me with my luggage. The lack of a refrigerator was a bit disappointing. I love fruit so much that I always stock up on it when I go to China. The owner apologized for not being able to drop off my luggage because I left early in the morning! Thank you for being so warm and kind. I highly recommend this place to anyone looking for a relaxing getaway in Yantai!!

The location was so great that I was able to walk to all the major tourist attractions! (Joy City, Yeontae Station, Yeontaesan Lighthouse, Joyangjie, Socheong-ri, Wanda Mall) The accommodation was clean and perfect for a solo stay. There were six hangers on the clothes rack. Best of all, the room didn't smell like cigarettes at all. There was a slight smell of cigarettes on the first floor, but it didn't bother me in the room. There was only one lock in the room, but there was a CCTV in the hallway, which was reassuring. There was also a small food truck in the alley behind the accommodation, which was fun to explore. The day before check-in, add the accommodation on Trip.com's WeChat account to learn check-in instructions. After check-in, they'll send you directions and information about nearby attractions via WeChat. Please note that the door lock uses a password, not a key card. Also, I had high expectations for the owner, as other reviews mentioned he was very friendly, and he was truly kind! After checking out, I dropped off my luggage and went out for a bit. I ended up arriving later than I'd originally planned, but the owner thought I'd forgotten my flight and sent me a WeChat message expressing his concern. I was so grateful. It felt like they really cared about each and every customer. After checking in, while waiting for a taxi, I mentioned that Koreans use 220V, so I suggested they buy a transformer. He said he'd buy it right away on Taobao. He even helped me carry my bags until I got in the taxi. I was so grateful. Next time, I'll come with my family and stay in a family room!

My three friends and I had such a great time! Yeontae Station, the beer festival plaza, and Soseong-ri are all within a 15-minute walk, and there are plenty of beer halls nearby, so the location is perfect. There's also a small supermarket nearby, and best of all, Wanda Plaza is close by, making shopping convenient. The owner was also very friendly, and the accommodations were perfect.

I'm the first Korean to stay here. I decided to stay here after seeing reviews saying it was clean. The bedding was fluffy and free of musty smells, which was great. The bed was large and comfortable, so I slept well. They provided disposable towels, toilet seat covers, toothpaste, and toothbrushes. They also provided both large and small shower towels, so I used them all and received more if needed. The bathroom and bedroom were both very clean, so I was very satisfied. The location is great! Wanda Mall is a 6-7 minute walk away. It's just a short walk across the circular overpass to the mall. It was a hot day, so I ate at Wanda Mall, had tea, and shopped in the basement, making it easy to get back and forth. The owner is incredibly kind. He sent me tourist maps and route maps with photos (make sure you have the WeChat app installed), and he always provided me with water, so I only had to buy it once. When I first got in the taxi, he even mentioned it to the driver and recommended a nearby massage shop, which I even enjoyed with a nice foot massage (he recommended one and even made a reservation for me). We communicated well using simple English and a translator. I'll definitely stay here again next time I'm in Yeontae. Thank you, sir. (If you're a Korean, check the electrical outlets. Bring a pointed-nosed outlet, not a round one.)

It's a newly opened homestay. The owner's service is very good. I felt very comfortable on the first day. They also gave me a fruit plate. The toiletries are disposable and very safe. It was a very good experience. I immediately decided to extend my stay. They gave me a lot of water. Hahaha. The owner was very attentive and helped me carry my luggage when I checked in and checked out. The aromatherapy in the room is natural and smells good. It's a pity that I can't find the same one!

짐을 들고 돌아다니다가 도저히 안 되겠어서 조심스럽게 1시간 얼리체크인 가능하냐고 물어봤는데 당연히 가능하다면서 해주셨습니다! 뿐만 아니라 사장님이 오늘 계획있냐고 물어봐주셔서 없다고 하니 여행지 추천도 해주셨습니다. 이곳 저곳 설명 다 해주시고 필요한게 있음 언제든지 물어보라고 하셨고 보안은 걱정하지말라면서 24시간 경찰과 연동되어있다고 안심시켜주셨습니다. 마지막날 퇴실때 공항이랑 시간이 조금 떴는데 공항 갈때까지 짐도 맡아주신다고 하셔서 마지막날도 편히 놀았습니다. 마지막 택시까지 짐도 들어다주셨구요 중국 여행 혼자 하는게 처음이라 많이 걱정됐는데 친절한 사장님 만나서 정말 편하게 여행했습니다. 방도 가격에 비해서 정말 넓구요 깨끗했습니다. 살짝 아주 살짝 방음이 부족했지만 예민한 편이 아니라면 괜찮습니다. 완다몰이랑도 가까워서 계속 걸어다녔구요 다음에 온다면 여기 또 오려구요.!

這次煙台之旅非常愉快，我在價格和位置的選擇裏選了個折中，沒想到會給我這麼大的驚喜，來的那天很熱，到了民宿之後是個叔叔接待我，給我推薦遊玩地點，知道我想買海鮮吃，還熱情的表示第二天開車帶我去市場哈哈哈，之後每次出門回來都會遇到打招呼，僅僅兩天就有種回家的感覺，第二晚屋子裡進了兩衹蟲，叔叔早上還特地請我吃了早飯，把我開車送到港口説是表達歉意，真的像多年沒見的好友一樣

房子乾淨清爽簡單，冰箱洗衣機是沒有的（有一個公用洗衣機），房子外面沒有風景但我更在意房間內的環境，畢竟是休息地方。老闆人靠譜很好，我們住兩晚去了其他地方几天又回來住一晚，安排妥當，提前幫我把空調都開好了，附近地道美食推薦的很到位不是網紅一般店，需要的洗漱用品衣掛都提供的到位（一次性浴巾毛巾質量也很好），樓下就是擼串好地方，離市中心幾個景點近方便

사장님 매우 친절하시고 아래위로 놀러다닐곳도 가깝습니다~ 숙소도 커서 좋네요!

外面雖然有點破舊但是裏面乾淨敞亮，老闆人很好。民宿地理位置也很方便，離朝陽街和所城裡和萬達都很近，萬達外圍也有很多小吃。民宿樓下也有很多燒烤。後邊還有一條小小的夜市。十分推薦大家帶孩子來住。停車也很方便而且免費。

老闆很熱情啊。我們來這裏都是提前幫我們空調開好了。房間很大，床墊也很軟，房間衞生也很乾凈。我們出去玩，老闆都會給我們推薦地方。

房間超級乾淨，而且很大，很舒服，房東大哥給介紹了玩的地方和吃的地方，都特別好，一日遊的我們超級超級滿意，下次還想來，還想住這兒。給店家億萬個贊👍🏻

房間很適合家庭，裝修很新很好。老闆也很好，昨天特地下樓來接，也幫忙行李拿到房間。今天退房走，忘記在洗手枱一對耳環。老闆也是幫忙找到和快遞寄給我。

超出預想，房間很大，也很乾凈，物品配備齊全，質量也很好！唯一不足是沒有電梯，還好衹有三層😊 設施：再加把椅子更好！
