They even took the initiative to recommend local eateries and sightseeing routes, paying attention to every little detail. The room was spotless and tidy, the bedding was soft and comfortable, and the bathroom had a separate wet and dry area. The toiletries were also of good quality, not cheap-feeling at all. The biggest surprise was the incredibly rich breakfast selection. Not only did they offer local specialties, but also fresh fruits and freshly prepared hot dishes, all tasting great and catering to various preferences. The hotel's location is also excellent, with convenient transportation. It's just a few minutes' walk to the plaza, and there are plenty of restaurants nearby, making getting around super easy. Returning to the hotel at night, it was incredibly quiet, not noisy at all, ensuring a superb night's sleep. During check-out, the staff even proactively asked about my stay, which showed real dedication. Overall, the value for money is outstanding. I'll definitely choose this hotel again on my next visit. "I almost never give bad reviews. I always stay at the Vienna Hotel when I travel. This time, my parents stayed for more than 10 days, and I booked their hotel directly. Yesterday, when we changed rooms, the front desk said we hadn't returned a room key. I told them I was extending my stay with a twin room. My mother came back today, and I asked her why we hadn't received an invoice. She said the front desk staff were grumpy, couldn't find the room key and told us to call the police, and were impatient every time we asked if we were extending our stay. They were also impatient when I called to ask for an invoice. To be honest, I'm not God; I don't need your effusive attitude. Mutual respect is enough. If you're so impatient, you shouldn't be working. I really won't stay there again."

"This stay at Tiansai Winery was really a surprise! "We are a family self-driving tour and stayed in this hotel. This was the worst hotel I stayed in during my 8-day trip to Xinjiang. I can only give 3 points out of 5. The hygiene is extremely poor. The bedding was not changed and there were mud and blood stains on it. I only discovered it when I woke up the next day. Because we checked in very late last night, we didn't find it when we checked in at midnight. There was hair on the bathroom floor and the wallpaper in the room was moldy and peeling. Breakfast is provided, but there is no noodles or fruit. The front desk service was perfunctory and not at all welcoming. There is a storefront downstairs in the hotel, and you can hear passers-by walking and talking. The hotel has 3 floors in total, and we stayed on the 2nd floor. Advantages: the hotel has free parking and the rooms are large."
