It was too late to call, so I just brushed my teeth and washed my face before going to bed. In the morning, it was still cold water, so I called the front desk. They were helpful and guided me through fixing it myself while on the phone, so I eventually got to shower. Everything else was good, but the service response for the hot water issue was a bit disappointing. If you find there's no hot water, please open the cabinet under the sink; if there's no number displayed on the machine on the left, it means it's off, so turn on the power."

"There are many delicious restaurants in Yangyang nearby. It's clean and well-equipped with everything you need. We had a comfortable stay~~^^ The kitchen is fully equipped with cooking utensils, a washer and dryer, and a large refrigerator, making it a great place for families staying for a long time. The bedding was comfortable, so we had a good night's sleep. However, the soundproofing isn't great, so depending on the room next door, it might be noisy. It's a double terrace with an ocean view, but there's a mountain to the left, so it's not a full view, which is a bit disappointing. But I'm satisfied. The only problem is that the cleaning was done, but check-in didn't open even a minute before 3 p.m. It was a bit harsh. 😢 Other businesses that do this open 30 minutes before check-in. ㅜㅜ Still, I'm grateful for the restful stay! I'll come again!"

"The view from the balcony is beautiful, but there are far too many inconveniences. The room was never cleaned, the towels were never changed, and basic toiletries and amenities were not replenished. This made the stay very uncomfortable and definitely not worth the price. The hotel is huge, with a large number of rooms, but there are only three elevators. You have to wait a long time for an elevator, and on the day of check-out it was almost impossible to get downstairs because all three elevators arrived already packed with people."
