아이랑 겨울 온천 즐기러 급 예약하고 다녀왔었어요~
온천규모가 생각보다 작지만 겨울에는 사람이 많지 않아서 온천은 잘 즐겼지만, 수용인원이 매우 적은 느낌입니다. 입장할때 사람이 몰리는 시간대(저녁 5시 전후)는 대기시간이 30분 이상 있다는점이 아쉽고 응대도 원할하지 않았던 게 아쉬웠습니다.
숙소 내부는 최근에 지어진 곳이라 깨끗했어요~! 기존 대형 체인 리조트에 비해 숙박동으로 이동할때 실외로 가야한다는점과 숙박시설 복도가 좁고 창문이 있어서 복도식 오피스텔? 느낌이었습니다ㅋ

호텔 자체 위치는 좋습니다. 산속에 있어서 공기도 좋아요.
온천도 작긴하지만 그래도 나쁘지 않아요.
다만 온천 호텔이라고 해놓고 온천 비용을 따로 받는 부분이 좀 이해가 안되고, 4인으로 예약했으나 수건을 두개만 주시고 나머지는 추가 비용을 받더라고요.
그럼 왜 4인으로 예약을 받으셨는지 모르겠습니다.
차라리 온천 비용을 호텔 비용에 추가하는게 더 낫겠다 싶고요, 2인으로 어매니티를 기본으로 제공하시는거라면 4인으로 받지 않으시는게 좋을 것 같습니다,

I spent time at the resort with my family on ***** New Year's Day. The outdoor hot springs were great, the movies were great, and the food was satisfying. The staff was friendly, and the outdoor walk in the evening was great.
