Self check-in was not smooth from the beginning.
In the end, I went to the front desk (since the room key didn't come via KakaoTalk...)
I went in, unpacked, and tried to use the bathroom, but the door wouldn't open properly, so I called, and after a while, they called and asked if the facilities team could come and take a look. I said okay, and waited.
I thought they would come right away, but they didn't, and I couldn't do anything and waited.
After looking, they said I might have to change rooms and that the front desk would contact me again. I waited again... They called and told me to go back to the room where self check-in wasn't possible at first... Ugh... I had to pack my unpacked luggage and move them, and they said they would move me to the room next door that I couldn't go to because self check-in wasn't possible at first, but instead of doing that, they should have apologized and asked if I needed help. It was unpleasant because they said to use it because it was cheap^^
It was the worst because even the cleaning under the bed wasn't done well.
I can't recommend it except for the advantage of being newly built and being right in front of the ocean. Personally, I am satisfied with most accommodations, but for the first time, this is an accommodation I don't want to go to again because of the staff's behavior. Oh, and the elevator is not easy to use. That's all.
