I recently stayed at a hotel lovely hotel in the mountains and I must say, I was super satisfied with my experience. The hotel was impeccably clean and well-maintained, with stunning views of the surrounding mountainous landscape, also very easy to access (around 18 yuan did ride), plus you can rent scooters or walk very safe. The staff were incredibly friendly and helpful, making sure all of my needs were attended to, specially my fairy sister Mini 🌹🩷 she is so smart and helpful and her English is very good, the other ladies of reception also very helpful and friendly, they are good people and treat the guests as friends or family, any questions or demand they will support you their best. The food at the hotel restaurant was delicious! I especially enjoyed the afternoon tea 🍵 it’s so kind from them to prepare some treats and drinks in the afternoon for free when you return from the day. In general fantastic and I would highly recommend it to anyone looking for a peaceful and scenic getaway. I left feeling rejuvenated and relaxed, and I can't wait to come back again in the future. Scape from the city drama hahah! 🩷🫶

Address - New West Street International Hotel is located in Yangshuo close to West Street. You can rent an electric scooter 🛵 at the reception for 50 yuan per day with a 200 yuan deposit which you will get back if you bring it back in the same condition. Ambiance/Facilities - This is a very fancy looking hotel. From the lobby to the bedroom. I was very impressed. They have a wonderful pool and kiddie pool 🏊🏽‍♀️, gym, laundry .etc. Highlights - Definitely the pool 🏊🏽‍♀️ The breakfast was good but mostly Chinese cuisine with a little Western sprinkled in.

Amazing stay at this resort!! Highly recommended! Feels totally well taken care of by staff, who are friendly and very knowledgeable about the area. Restaurant food was reasonably priced compared to outside venue. Love it even more that the hotel advocate sustainability by reducing single use plastics! Easy to commute from hotel to tourists spot via DiDi. Communication with resort can be easily done via WeChat if needed. All credit to the front desk ladies for their patience, good-nature and friendly reminders! During one of our evening excursion to watch the acclaimed Liu San Jie show, one of the ladies voluntarily gave us blankets to take along, highlighting that we will need it. And true enough, while other audiences either suffer the cold or had to rent additional clothing from street vendors outside the venue, we felt blessed wrapped up in a blanket. Thank you for the wonderful stay! Will choose this venue again when I next visit Yangshuo.

Hotel was very clean and comfortable, staff were very welcoming and friendly. The scenery is absolutely gorgeous, and the restaurant in the hotel had a taste of the local foods. A must visit for those looking to explore the scenery of China.

What a dreamy hotel! Every time we drove by another hotel in Yangshuo, I thought, ”Wow, their view is not as good as ours.” The location is a bit of a walk from the main part of town, but I appreciated being away in the quiet. The area around West St can be quite noisy. The hotel rooms were so spacious and beautiful, and we loved being able to sip tea on the balcony and gaze upon the majestic karst mountains. The front desk staff is very friendly, and on our arrival, one person in particular was SO helpful (likely patiently spent maybe an hour helping us) with this payment issue we were having (with a Chinese bank card), when she could have easily just been like, ”It's not working, just give me your American card” or something. They do have a laundry service, but it is 30 yuan per kg, which can add up (especially since I felt all my clothes were heavier because they got damp from the humidity), but there are also washers on the roof, which you can use for free (and then hand dry in your room). While we were in Yangshuo, there was constant torrential downpour, so there were a few afternoons, we just hung out in the hotel lobby/bar/restaurant area, which was so peaceful and quiet, with lovely views. The food and cocktails are just okay, but I enjoyed the fresh fruit juices and smoothies. I would also recommend using any of their drivers, especially to pick up / drop off at train stations, or for a day-long tour. They're very friendly and knowledgeable. On the one night we used a Didi driver, they refused to drive up the hill to the hotel (though the hotel drivers are happy to), and we had to trek up the very slippery and steep hill ourselves.

I booked the Yangshuo Riverside Resort Hotel for a girls' trip with my daughters. The location and facilities are great. We booked a suit with river view and the mountains behind us. We had a wonderful view of the river, on which bamboo rafts quietly pass by every minute. The whole resort is very quiet and offers a great surrounding for relaxation. The number of travelers spread out so we got the impression having the resort to ourselves. The breakfast buffet offers a selection of Western and Chinese dishes. Our booking included afternoon tea, a photo shoot at the resort, and the loan of bicycles as a gift. We took advantage of everything and had a great time. For dinner, I recommend a restaurant outside the resort. The local restaurant doesn't have much choice and the surrounding areas offer great views. We can definitely recommend the hotel!

It was originally a good hotel, but the service awareness of the front desk and online customer service needs to be improved. I hope to strengthen education and training. First of all, since the online booking already includes breakfast for one person, I asked to add one person when checking in, but the front desk did not accept it and repeatedly emphasized that it should be purchased directly during the morning meal. I asked if it could be purchased after checking in? Then the front desk said that they were afraid that you would change your mind and not eat it the next day after buying it. It was ridiculous. Secondly, the room allocation. Generally, hotels will upgrade guests or arrange relatively good rooms of the same room type for early customers when they are not fully occupied to improve satisfaction. The habit of the hotel's front desk to allocate rooms is to arrange the worst room of the same room type for early customers. I paid special attention to it in the evening. There were many vacant rooms on the second and third floors of the same room type as mine. Third, when bathing, I found that there were two bottles of shower gel in the shower room but no shampoo. I gave feedback to the online customer service, but they ignored it. Later, I sent a photo and said that there was shampoo. I said that I didn't have two bottles of shower gel, so they asked me the room number. The only thing that made me feel relieved was that the doorman had a strong sense of service, a kind attitude, and thoughtful service, which saved the reputation of the hotel. Thank you 🙏

I have always liked the retro and antique feeling. This store completely meets my expectations. The hygiene is better than many hotels. It is really comfortable to stay in. The photos taken in the hotel are really good! ! ! ! Friends asked me where I went. There is also a large hot spring in the room. It is really comfortable. The staff in the store are very nice and patiently recommend travel routes to me. By the way, the store also provides free guides for guests. I would not have made a guide if I had known it earlier. It is very convenient. It is very close to Qianguqing and it is very convenient to travel.

I had a wonderful stay. My room was very big and spacious with a lovely big bathtub. I arrived in the nighttime so I was pleasantly surprised in the morning when I saw the beautiful gardens spaces. The staff are so friendly and welcoming. They helped us book some local attractions. Gordon was especially helpful, he shared some good things to do and he speaks English. The hotel is very peaceful and a short distance away from the hustle and bustle of West Street. Most things are accessible by scooter. Which we were able to rent from outside of the hotel. This was perfect for us. I would highly recommend staying at Yishuiwan Resort, and would stay there again myself!

During my stay, I found that the hotel's 2-4 days itinerary was perfect for fully enjoying the scenic places and hidden gems the region has to offer. From the moment I arrived, the warm hospitality and excellent service provided by the staff made me feel at home. The meals served in the hotel were exceptional, showcasing the local flavors and culinary delights. In conclusion, I highly recommend 雲上谷 to anyone looking for a memorable stay in Huashan village. It offers convenience, beauty, and easy access to the area's stunning mountains, the Li River, and characteristic coffee shops.
