I’ve stayed many times when travelling to Myanmar. The staffs are friendly and courteous. Buffet breakfast selections also good and changes everyday. The location is also good. Very near (across the road) to a shopping mall with a bakery and grocery store. Across the road from kandawgyi lake.

We booked 2 Premier Corner Double Rooms for 3 nights each. On the first night we were only given 1 corner room, the other was a normal room. On the second evening we were given the second corner room after we intervened and insisted. When we arrived, both rooms had an extremely large number of mosquitoes that bit us all night and prevented us from sleeping well. One corner room had completely rusty tap water and there were no bath towels. We had to let the water run for a long time until it finally came out of the tap clear. The advertised lake view was not there, but we did have a view of the busy road and the trees. The breakfast was OK. Thank you for the packed lunch that we received on the last morning when we checked out early at around 5 a.m. Price-performance ratio is OK. But more like a 3 star hotel.

Stupid hotel with very old worn out bed and walls was broken , the lights was not working in night. Wifi was horrible. A waste of money

The location of the hotel is really good, not in the downtown, but more better to be its current location. The room is quite big, and bathroom is so clean. Such a good place to stay in Yangon.

We have very good experience staying at the Esperado Lakeview Hotel.

1. There is no safe. I have to request for it. 2. Breakfast choice is limited. Only Myanmar breakfast and bread with butter & jam. 3. The hotel looks old. 4. The opposite room is under renovation and hence very noisy in the day.

My recent stay at the Espardo Hotel in Yangon was truly remarkable, thanks to its breathtaking view of the Shwedagon Pagoda. Not really values the price paid for the hotel . Everything is old ( room cot shower ) looby smells **** due to restaurant. Just sake for the location..

The price , service from the reception counter were excellent. The breakfast service could be better. Overall I am quite happy with the hotel. 9 out of 10. Keep it up!

Terrible service and the most terrible cleanness in the world I think. There are a lot of trash in the hotel and no toilet paper. The most terrible thing is the noise. We got there 3 night 4 day trip and we couldn't sleep for 2 night because of there roof top party. I claimed them that we couldn't sleep but they said they couldn't help anything. I suggest you that you shouldn't choose for only lake view. It is fake.

We stayed at Esparado lakeview hotel Yangon for one week. We changed room one time because we unexpectedly had to stay longer. We had a family room, one double bed and they put in an extra bed. It was a big room but old. The carpet was very old and dirty. No slippers to use. We liked the balcony to drink our coffee. Nearby is a shopping mall with Amazon coffe and bakery, and supermarket for fruit and snacks. The location of the hotel is convenient on the southside of the lake. We toke Grabb taxi most of the time but a walk by the lake was also nice.

Very good locations and good hotel restaurants. However, the rooms are old and cracks on the wall. Some carpets are mouldy and have smell.
