Great little place

Love staying here, always clean and tidy, good location away from the hustle and bustle of the city but close to all amenities.

2 free welcome drinks. But bathroom floor was wet.

Service is very good. You can drink almost everything you want in the bar with the voucher they gave to you while check in. And you can get free bottle water at the reception.

Had no bowls for breakfast. Had bugs in bed room. Didn't have the right bed sheets. Beds won't comfortably. Pull out bed didn't have linin. Fire alarm kept going off at very early hrs in the morning. Car parking was really tight. Hotel room service, food menu was really expensive.

First of all, the room type I booked was not available when I arrived. It seemed that some salesperson did not tell the hotel the reservation information in time. In short, there was no room I booked. I had to wait for 20 minutes for the room to be cleaned. I went there alone with the room card and found that it was not the room type I booked. Although it was an upgrade, the upgrade was just adding a few beds, which was meaningless for me who was traveling alone. The room was in the corner, very close to the river next to it, and it felt very humid. I repeatedly communicated with the hotel but could not change it back to the booked room, so I had to make do with it. The hotel front desk closed at 5 o'clock. If you encounter any situation, such as the TV not turning on, you can only figure it out yourself. What's more bizarre is that when I was still in the room the next morning, someone swiped the card and opened the door without knocking. The response to the front desk was also inconclusive. In fact, the hotel design is quite good and large enough, but the service is really not good. The picture is the river outside my window, the water is very muddy.
