i booked for a couple with a child and I got a duplex room but the communication between two floors is through the garden and not internal. How can I manage to have a child alone on a second floor? There was no indication on the hotel information that the two floors are not connected. The reception moved us to room 210 with two rooms. All looked to end fine until we start sleeping in the bedroom with double bed. A terrible noise coming from a motor on ground floor was very loud especially when we put our head on pillows and we could not sleep all night. Terrible experience!

Got a suitable room, but because the family is big, the bathroom may be a bit small. Breakfast has few choices, but it's still filling. Went during the renovation period, so missed out on getting beautiful pictures like other people reviewed. Near tourist attractions and quiet.

It's a bit far from Bangkok, about 2 hours. The road in was winding and I arrived at dawn so I made a mistake, but it was clean and had breakfast.
