前台看我們一家四口住就給升級房型了，非常滿意！體驗非常好！
設施：燈光窗簾電視都支持語音控制，有床榻，帶孩子的家庭可以把兩張床並一起。有張小圓桌可以放雜物。尤其是床墊，非常舒服。
衞生：沒槽點，滿意。
環境：周邊是夜市，晚上吃了老師家，一站吃完了洋芋擦擦、羊雜碎、羊蹄子、酸奶。總之下樓走兩步就是，但是房間一點也不受影響。房間沒有異味。還有萬達廣場，永輝超市，對面就是清涼山，夜景很美。
服務：前台服務很熱情，尤其是給我們辦理入住升級房型的工作人員，安排我把車先放在後院的工作人員，和晚上值夜班幫助我安排停地下停車場的工作人員，給人感覺心善人美。阿姨們也很熱情。還送了早餐。
唯一的槽點就是高峯期停車不便，建議給確定入住的直接安排進入地下停車場然後再安排入住。
作為一個比較挑剔的人，我十分推薦入住！但是建議提交溝通停車問題！

酒店位置特別好，在二道街附近，可以去吃美食很方便，旁邊有家雷震家包子也很好吃，還有羊蹄、涼皮等都很好吃。房間乾淨，停車免費，去得早可以停在後院，比較方便，不然就得停遠點的地方。去景點也很近，步行10多分鐘就可以到，打的就起步價7元。

這次入住延安的酒店真的非常滿意！酒店位置絕佳，距離延安地標建築寶塔山僅15分鐘車程，周邊餐飲豐富，出行十分便利。一進酒店，工作人員熱情周到，辦理入住高效，還貼心地提供了延安旅遊攻略。房間乾淨整潔，裝修風格融合了陝北特色與現代元素，床品舒適，洗浴用品品質也很高。酒店的早餐種類豐富，有延安特色的油糕、洋芋擦擦等，味道很棒。此外，酒店的健身房和免費停車場也十分實用。總之，這是一次非常愉快的入住體驗，下次來延安還會選擇這裏！
