酒店很有地方特色，非常大，可以慢慢逛慢慢看，我們到的時候下了雪，銀裝素裹，非常漂亮，酒店一角就是一景，拍照很出片，孩子們在酒店玩雪就不用安排第二天行程了，還到酒店的百年窯洞參觀了，房間設施完善，乾淨，被褥舒適，零下16度房間裏也很暖和。餐廳很乾凈，入住的人少就沒有設自助早餐，但人到了就先做，熱呼呼的，雖然簡單的早餐，但也非常滿意，工作人員很熱情服務周到，離店後用車帶我們出去乘坐公共汽車去火車站。雪景和酒店的工作人員熱情的服務使這次旅途加分不少。

除了離延安縣城比較遠外，想體驗下窯洞的可以考慮下，山上還有最原始的窯洞，孩子們很喜歡。

房間裏很暖和，孩子很喜歡住窯洞，早餐口味也很好，服務態度也很好，點餐時還以為味道會平平，沒想到味道很驚艷，感覺這裡是延安冬天最好的窯洞住宿了，棗餅小米土豆絲好吃到起飛

對國外遊客的我來説從延安站打車到窯洞的距離其實還好而已
可是我被師傅唸了一路為什麼要住這麼偏僻的地方
唸到我的火都上來了。
來到窯洞，前台的服務，房間，環境（尤其晚上的時候），我一點都不後悔住這麼遠。
早餐我們7.30去吃，服務員説太早了，所以是要幾點享用呢？哈哈。她提供圖三的食物給我們，不知道遲一點去吃是不是自助形式。
無論如何，是好吃的，我們還多要了一盤菜。
退房的時候遇到停電，閘門開不了。耽擱了一點時間，幸好來得及去火車站。
唯一不滿意的就是我的房間的確有下水槽的味道，廁所裏的味道更重，只是它不是持續性的。另一間房就沒有。
不過有看到其他評論説了這個問題，有心裏準備了，只是沒有想到這個問題還沒解決。
介意的話勿入住。
總體來説我是很滿意的，特別要給前台的服務6顆星。
