定的是大床房，房間非常不錯，我定的這個還有露天大陽台。幽靜安然，被褥整潔乾燥。服務也很好，周邊停車免費，還有免費的現場情景劇表演，非常不錯哦😀😀😀

最真實的體驗：出來旅遊一個月了，第一次來延安，也是出來這麼久第一次住這麼差的酒店，一進房間就一股很大的下水道返臭的味道，跟前台説了半天才答應換房間，換完也一樣有味道，最重要的是房間居然沒有熱水，洗了個冷水澡，房間牆壁掉皮，房間沒有wifi，也是第一次住酒店房間不提供礦泉水，酒店説是提供早餐，早餐時間説是到九點，但是餐廳門口貼着的早餐時間是7點到9點半，我們一行8個人9點01分到餐廳已經收拾乾淨了，餐廳服務員態度惡劣。住酒店第一次給差評！是因為體驗感真的很差，服務和硬件都打零分

首先，預訂的房間不知道什麼壞了，換到了一個沒窗的房間，説給我升級了，我心想湊合住一晚算了，沒窗也無妨，豈料這房間的設計具有嚴重缺陷，衹最求沒用的裝飾，不但沒用實際功能，還給客人帶來了無盡的困擾，就從房間裏的這棵樹説起，其裝飾與整個房間格格不入，也不知道設計師是怎麼想的，樹上的燈與衞生間相連，要開全開，要關全關，本來無窗的房間就非常黑暗，這要關全關，要開全開的燈實在是不知道設計師怎麼想的，嚴重違反功能性至上的設計原則，一味追求花裏胡哨，用户體驗極差。尤其是這種無窗房間怕黑需要一點兒微光才能入睡的客人，造成了極大的困擾，然而並沒有有效的解決方案。希望將此房間重新設計一下，先把這個花裏胡哨沒有任何功能的樹給挪走，建議酒店多采用黃色燈光作為裝飾。而不是綠色和紫色略顯不適。單從設計來説用户體驗較差，服務還可以，早餐比較簡單。湊合住了一晚上，對酒店設計不是很理解

出來旅遊一個月，第一次認真給差評和寫差評。這個酒店體驗感非常非常差，首先到了給分配的酒店廁所反胃嚴重，洗澡沒有熱水。小朋友頂着冷水把澡洗了，後面協商換了房間，依然廁所反味嚴重！此刻搬東西折騰來折騰去已經很煩，到了比原定房間更小的房間入住，廁所簡直打個轉身都難！牆紙脱落！！！這就算了，第一次看住宿沒有礦泉水送，我就算住鄉里的賓館人家也擺了兩瓶水！這也就算了，我們自己買，房間無線網也連不上，糟心的是換了房間依然沒有熱水！跑了很遠別的酒店去洗個澡！我200塊住了個寂寞，真的心情很差！早上早餐9點過3分鐘到達，告知沒有早餐了，可牌子寫的7點30到的9點30！一般住宿的早餐都是到10點，去哪兒寫的高檔型，這就是高檔？從昨天到今天一系列的事情，這個酒店我給零分！希望其他旅客們慎重選擇！
