"The hotel is clean and staff are friendly. The onsen is just 5 minutes walk from the room and it’s spacious. There are plenty of restaurants near by. One thing to note is that the window blinds is the room are unable to fully cover the windows."

"Staff were very helpful with new customs of a Japanese style hotel, despite the language barrier. Good food and a western style breakfast available. The garden is a wonderful oasis and the ones was very enjoyable."

The container-like construction is unique and exciting, but the soundproofing and insulation are excellent, ensuring comfort. There's a convenience store within easy walking distance, so you won't have any trouble finding food or daily necessities. The location is also great, allowing you to leave your luggage and head out immediately. I would recommend this hotel for both business and leisure travelers."

"It was easy to access as it was 10 minutes away from Yuda Onsen Station, and it was close to pretty cafes and famous hot springs nearby. The facilities were clean, and the service was clean, I was especially satisfied with the neat and clean breakfast. The lock on the room was a number key, so it was convenient to take it out separately from my group. Ah. The cute hot spring that was free to use was also really nice."

"I had a very pleasant stay and was particularly impressed by the attentiveness of the front desk staff.  They were incredibly helpful and polite, going so far as to provide me with hot water when I needed, I was also greatly appreciated. I would definitely recommend this hotel."

"I made a reservation because it said dinner was included, but At the hotel information desk, a non-Japanese foreigner explained in Japanese, so we went to have dinner after checking in. The place for dinner was just an ordinary small bar, and although I told them my name, there seemed to be something wrong and there was no dinner. He said it was a mistake in a hurry and made a regular meal. I made a reservation to eat the kaiseki cuisine shown in the photo, but I was not able to eat the kaiseki cuisine. If you take off all your clothes and bathe in the hot springs, there will be a woman going back and forth cleaning you. I was very embarrassed when I took off all my clothes and faced the woman. I think it would be much better to make a reservation at a ryokan that appears if you search on a map nearby. Payment was completed on the site, but if there were taxes, etc., I had to pay 300 yen more."
