説實話這個房間真的有點差，最多值100，設施很陳舊，花灑都是壞的，衞生也不行。除了老闆人很好，真的找不到其他優點了

We entered during a karaoke evening, each evening there is a karaoke taking place in the main room, quite friendly. It stops around 10pm.
The room was old and dusty, there were cigarettes in the toilet and some scary insects running on the ground.
Still, the hotel might not be responsible for those insects, but at least it might give a clean room. We had a towel and a pillow case with big stains. (we are aware we weren't supposed to have a towel at first)
You can eat porridge for breakfast and dine in the hotel.
Positive points :
- you can have breakfast and dinner
- you are very close to the tourist area
- we have been upgraded to a better room
Negative points :
- the laundry/room is not very clean
- there are insects (but maybe the same in the neighbouring hotels)

The hotel in the scenic area has clean rooms, complete facilities and elegant environment. The proprietress is warm and thoughtful. She personally met us and helped with the luggage. It is a very good choice and worth recommending.

We took a taxi from Ya'an Station to the hotel which was a bit remote. Fortunately, there is a restaurant downstairs, so it is very convenient not to have to eat out. The room is large and the facilities are new. It has air conditioning and electric blankets, making it very comfortable to live in. The service is very good and any needs are dealt with immediately.
