The room was even more spacious and brighter than I expected, featuring an en-suite bathroom and a very clean, sleek design. It felt even more comfortable here than at home, and I slept exceptionally well during my stay. The service was excellent, and the fruit was delicious. The clothes from the washing machine smelled wonderfully fresh – Atour truly lives up to its reputation! The location is superb, right across from the university, just a short walk across the street. The environment was beautiful and incredibly comfortable, and the breakfast was both plentiful and tasty.

The hardware facilities are undeniably great; the location is convenient, and the amenities are well-equipped and thoughtfully designed. It's clear that everyone here is working hard. Breakfast is plentiful and the dishes are fresh, maintaining Atour's usual high standard. My low rating stems from the following issues, and I urge the management to address them seriously. First, Atour's management practices are incredibly heavy-handed and, frankly, harsh. It seems that any negative customer review triggers a meeting and subsequent punishment for the front desk staff. As a guest, I find this completely unacceptable and hard to witness! Second, Atour's Wi-Fi connectivity policy is a 'take-it-or-leave-it' situation. Guests *must* connect using a mobile phone verification code, and there's no option to connect simply by using your room number and the last four digits of your ID. This is an unreasonable and overly restrictive term! I urge Atour's hotel management to seriously reconsider this! Third, and to top it all off, even to submit feedback or complaints by scanning a QR code, you *must* register as a member first! How incredibly 'exclusive' and pretentious are these demands!!! Is Atour really so unwelcoming to non-members? No Wi-Fi access, no way to voice concerns or suggestions. It certainly seems Atour holds itself in very high regard!

Upon my return after graduating from CUMT in 2019, I found the Zhang Boying Art Museum had been converted into an Atour Hotel (the art museum is still there, by the way). On the day of my stay, there was a university job fair, and I expected it to be noisy, but it was surprisingly quiet—not a sound. Its location makes it incredibly convenient for visiting CUMT Yifangcheng in the evening. The hotel also boasts excellent facilities. I highly recommend it.

Atour has always been my preferred choice. Laundry service is quick and efficient, returning clothes perfectly clean. The staff provides prompt and enthusiastic service. Plus, late check-out is available, which was a great convenience. Breakfast is also quite good.

Located directly opposite the east gate of China University of Mining and Technology, the hotel offers a very spacious ground parking lot, making both parking and EV charging highly convenient. The front desk kindly provided a complimentary room upgrade. However, the first room had a distinct smell of smoke, so they promptly moved me to a different one. Overall, I was very satisfied with my stay.

The hotel is conveniently located very close to the Nanhai Campus of China University of Mining and Technology, making it ideal for business travelers. The location is in front of the university and quite near the lake (but still need to walk a bit through traffic to get there). The facility is spotless with a very nice rooftop breakfast/cafe that is very well set up in which you actually enjoy lounging in. Perfect for small groups of friends or families. The rooms are clean and quite brand new with a nice young staff.
