房間設施老舊，洗澡花灑是壞的，棉質的床頭臟的不能看。房間老舊臟污的地毯建議換成木質地板，方便清掃打理。

這是雲台山景區內唯一的星級酒店，地理位置優越，房間乾淨衞生，有陽台可以賞景喝茶，酒店餐廳的菜品口味比較好，好吃不貴。餐廳有一個很大的户外平台，點個燒烤喝杯啤酒很是愜意。感覺需要改善的地方是房間裏面的傢俱有些老舊，另外就是門的隔音效果欠佳，走廊裏有人説話房間都能聽到，反過來也是一樣。另外就是健身設施是收費的，這個也沒意見，但是工作人員一到時間就掐着點兒準時來催，感覺有點不舒服。其他方面都還可以，總體評價還不錯。

陽台風景不錯，裝修有些老舊，位置好，靠近景點服務區，雖然中間出點小問題，但很快就解決了，表揚前台小姑娘和樓面張艷平，服務態度都很好

服務非常周到熱情，因為是在景區內，還專門準備了小推車拉行李幫忙來回接送入店和接送離店，由於是新裝修的房間還有裝修的味道，希望能儘快做一些除味處理，否則影響健康。
