The only thing that needs to be improved is that the steaming clothes should be worn back to the room. Can you not let the guests take them to the front desk to check out? This can be collected uniformly or the housekeeping department can confirm whether they are in the room. You carry a lot of large and small bags, and you don’t even send clothes to you. Second, the free drinks in the refrigerator were unscrewed by the previous guest who checked in and took a sip. Don’t you check when you clean the guest room? I think I am satisfied with everything else. I hope Yunmu Hotel will get better and better. After all, it is one of the few good hotels in Shanxi!
