"On the way to Datong, stay in Zhangzhou for one night. Booked the hotel in Trip.com , I thought there was a parking lot for parking. Due to the inability to enter the municipal road construction parking lot, the hotel has two literate young men, very polite and actively coordinated to park the car in the ancient city parking lot, and actively sent us to the parking lot the next day, the service was very thoughtful. The little girl who checked in was also very enthusiastic, and brought a few more bottles of mineral water when she left. The courtesy is heavy. The hotel facilities are very new, clean and tidy. The stay was very comfortable, the breakfast was good, the taste was very good, and the environment was clean and hygienic. Very close to the north gate of the ancient city, it is very convenient for us to walk over to the ancient city in the evening. Very satisfied with a stay."

"Atour is the largest 4-star hotel within Xinzhou Ancient City. It boasts an excellent location, perfect for self-driving travelers, and offers well-maintained and complete facilities. The guest linens are of high quality, and the mattress and pillows are exceptionally comfortable. Both the variety and quality of the breakfast are very good. Suggestions and Comments: 1/ Almost 50% of the hotel rooms are on the ground floor, with windows facing the street. Despite safety warning signs, closing the curtains makes the room too dark, and even with sheer curtains drawn, there's a risk of insecurity and privacy breaches. Would it be possible to apply a 50cm high frosted film from the bottom of the window to remedy this design flaw? It would have been perfect if Venetian blinds were installed between the double-glazed panes, but alas... 2/ Hotel design should prioritize convenience of use > ease of cleaning > aesthetics. If this order is reversed, problems arise. Using white as a base with dark gray lines for murals or artworks is fine, but using it for a tabletop makes it look dirty, always making you want to wipe it down even though it never truly looks clean. The basin faucet handle is also problematic; it feels designed for children and is hard to grip. 3/ The elevator lighting is too dim, and having one wall as a mirror creates a lack of security! Additionally, dim lighting can easily lead to hygiene standards not being met. 4/ The hotel provides guests with a map of the ancient city, but the font is too small. I had to take a photo and zoom in, which then made it blurry. You should try it yourselves. The font size should at least be consistent with that used by Atour hotels in general. 5/ The bacon at breakfast on the first day was so tough it was like chewing on plastic. 6/ The maintenance and cleanliness of the shower room's floor tiles are significantly below the hotel's overall quality, which was quite disappointing. 7/ As the closest 4-star hotel to the 'Dahualiu' (Iron Flower) show in the ancient city, the hotel should be aware of its showtimes, contact information, and cancellation status (performances are stopped in high winds). This information should be provided to guests, perhaps via a notice board in the lobby. I was initially told it started at 8 PM, and then was told to check for cancellations myself via ** (other media). Service needs improvement! An Interlude: On the 17th, while driving out of the underground garage, I had a tire blowout because I had to swerve to avoid two illegally parked electric bicycles. The repair shop initially said that this tire size was hard to find and might take a day. I immediately called the hotel to inform them and indicated that I might need to extend my stay. Afterward, Ms. Shen from the front desk called to express her concern and offered to help contact relevant suppliers if the tire couldn't be found. She also told me to discuss how to resolve the issue with her once I returned to the hotel (by then, the 4S shop had sourced a tire from elsewhere, and I still had plans to visit Foguang Temple and Nanchansi Temple that day). Her call made me feel very warm. Around 7 PM, I returned to the hotel and found the front desk manager, who first told me that the underground parking lot was a public parking lot not managed by the hotel. She then said she had found the person in charge's phone number and told me to contact them myself to resolve the issue. When a guest's property is damaged, the hotel should express sympathy and assist the guest, but I felt she was trying to shirk responsibility. As someone with over 30 years in the hotel industry, from entry-level to executive, I have never allowed myself or my subordinates to give guests the impression of shirking responsibility when dealing with problems. After my insistence, the front desk manager used her phone to contact the parking lot manager for me. On the day of the incident and afterward, I collected multiple pieces of evidence of significant safety hazards in the hotel's underground parking lot. I have since submitted them to Xinzhou 12345, demanding an investigation and accountability for these safety concerns. Atour provides free parking for its guests in a public parking lot, which theoretically involves paying fees to the parking management company. Since Atour is a client of the parking management company, why does Atour not see the problems in the parking lot? Such issues will inevitably impact (and potentially cause losses for) Atour's guests. It's a coincidence that nothing happens, and an inevitability that something will! Safety hazards that I can spot easily, Atour can't?"

"The service from Miss Zhang at the restaurant was absolutely wonderful. For afternoon tea, in addition to the traditional pastries, she specially brewed local golden lotus tea for us and introduced us to local specialty dishes. On Dragon Boat Festival, we had to leave early for our journey, and Miss Zhang went out of her way to bring us zongzi and sachets before we departed. The zongzi were thoughtfully peeled, served in a lunchbox with a small spoon and sugar – such incredible attention to detail. Any employer would be lucky to have an employee who provides such considerate and meticulous service to their customers."

"The hotel's overall ambiance is pleasant, with beautiful landscaping. The grounds feature NPC performances and interactive activities, creating a festive atmosphere. However, the interactive games are a bit monotonous, consisting of pot-throwing and fortune-telling. While children might enjoy them, adults found them a bit boring. The hot springs are small, with limited pools, leaving little for children to enjoy. While a dip during your stay is fine, it's unnecessary to make a special trip. At around 10 PM, there was no hot water for the shower, and the water pressure was very low. I called the front desk, and they told me it was peak hours, so I was told to wait a little longer. My biggest issue was the utterly terrible room cleanliness!!! The tatami mats had obvious stains, and the cushions were stained, making it incredibly uncomfortable to sit and sleep. The most unbearable part was the stairs in the duplex room. The dust was so thick you could see through it even with the lights on. It was unpleasant, and it instantly ruined my stay. Even more outrageous was the price tag of over 2,000 yuan for such low cleanliness. The price was a complete mismatch between the service and the quality. I spent money on a high-end hotel, but they couldn't even provide the most basic cleaning. Not only did I not enjoy the corresponding living quality, but the experience of the entire trip was greatly reduced. It was really disappointing."

"I stayed here for one night in Futian with my parents and child. I booked the room about 4-5 days in advance. The hotel is quite easy to find and very close to Taishan Temple Street. There are parking spaces near the front desk, and the butler can also help with parking. We stayed in the 'Flower Rain' series, which is in a separate, very quiet courtyard, and we had a comfortable stay. The hotel butler was warm and attentive; they called us before check-in and were waiting at the entrance to greet us, helping us with our luggage very thoughtfully. The butler also gave a detailed introduction to the room and the public area facilities. We specifically chose this hotel because of its public facilities, and my child loved them. It was very comfortable to relax in the common areas after a long day of exploring. The afternoon tea and coffee were excellent! The courtyard is also great for taking photos. We will definitely stay here again."

Our visit was off-peak season, so we were given an upgraded room. As the weather was cooling, the room heater was already on before our arrival. The housekeeper provided a detailed explanation of the room's amenities and confirmed the breakfast time and menu for the next day. Breakfast was delivered to our room on time. Overall, it was very good."

"Not recommended! Not recommended! Not recommended! 473 yuan a night for this hotel? I've already started searching "what are the criteria for a four-star hotel?" How can such a small hotel be rated four stars??? Small parking lot, small lobby, small rooms, small restaurant. Poor soundproofing; you can hear everything from your neighbor's conversations to people walking by in the hallway. The breakfast selection is extremely limited!!! Absolutely ridiculously limited!!! The complimentary hot spring bath ticket is basically just a shower in a public bathhouse; there are no soaking pools, so I didn't go. I could have just showered in my room. No laundry detergent, no conditioner. In short, it was a very frustrating stay."

There are restaurants for eating, which is very convenient for tourists who arrive late. They don’t have to run out to find food."
