Also, for guests who checked in on January 2nd and checked out on the same day, given the hotel's high occupancy rate, it's impossible for the hotel to let all guests check out at 2 PM. According to the hotel's requirements, check-out should be at 12 PM. It took four hours to clean the room, leaving us waiting in the lobby."

"Recommended by a friend, our group of four came to Xinzhou Ancient City and came to Anyin Hot Spring Resort Hotel. We stayed in a small courtyard room. The environment was very good. It was quiet and comfortable overall. The hotel is in the ancient town and is very close to Guandi Temple/Xiurong Academy/Taishan Temple/Xiyuan. It can be reached in a few minutes on foot. It is very convenient and has received praise from all of us. Next time we go to Xinzhou Ancient City, we will stay at Anyin again."

"What era are we living in? Still charging deposits? I don't understand this. This is the first time I've encountered this hotel. I was worried they might steal something, but it's ridiculous. The refund process was so slow; it only came back this afternoon. The emergency exit was pitch black at night; leaving the door open would be terrifying. The elevator is set up for room card only, but you don't have an emergency exit, do you? This hotel's security needs improvement, and the staff's attitude is just so-so. It's a newly opened hotel, and I think it's in the same building as the Panhua Hotel. At least it shouldn't be too bad, right? It's not cheap, even at several hundred yuan a room during New Year's Day. The necessary service and attitude should be provided. You can't just say you're too busy because you're busy. Is this the customer's problem? Are we supposed to pay for it? Since the front desk and rooms are far apart, you should have more staff, instead of making people wait while you do your work. Ultimately, pointing out problems is meant to provide an opportunity for improvement. The complimentary breakfast is also problematic. I've stayed in so many hotels; Marriott and Sheraton have such good quality, and they even offer it in good reviews. The program at Xinzhou Ancient City was quite good, and the hygiene and environment of the hotels were also very good. However, the management and service need significant improvement. It's newly opened, so there are many opportunities."

"Not recommended! Not recommended! Not recommended! 473 yuan a night for this hotel? I've already started searching "what are the criteria for a four-star hotel?" How can such a small hotel be rated four stars??? Small parking lot, small lobby, small rooms, small restaurant. Poor soundproofing; you can hear everything from your neighbor's conversations to people walking by in the hallway. The breakfast selection is extremely limited!!! Absolutely ridiculously limited!!! The complimentary hot spring bath ticket is basically just a shower in a public bathhouse; there are no soaking pools, so I didn't go. I could have just showered in my room. No laundry detergent, no conditioner. In short, it was a very frustrating stay."

"The original hotel had a power outage, so we contacted Ctrip for emergency treatment and were transferred to this family room with two bedrooms, one living room and three beds. I especially recommend the knife-cut noodles made by a small restaurant next to the hotel. They were very delicious. There are local restaurants nearby, and a shopping mall across the street. Overall, it's good value for money, and I would choose this hotel again next time."
