前台服務人員挺熱情的 給房間升級了。就是早餐外包了，沒去吃。
房間很大，歐式裝修，氣派。床上用品舒服。
衞生間乾濕分離，洗澡水很熱，漏水稍有不暢 其他很好
停車場離酒店不遠 需步行到達。
附近有些小飯館 還可以。

酒店很漂亮，也很乾凈。和網絡圖片百分百一致，真的很難得。酒店人員服務很周到，早餐很豐盛。酒店提供的是温泉澡堂，洗浴，不是泡温泉，有點小遺憾。

找到了一家寶藏酒店，位置絕佳，交通便利，房間衞生，乾淨，整潔，舒適，温馨。全屋智能，入住體驗感非常棒。工作人員服務態度非常好，從入住時看我們是一家三口免費升級了家庭房贈送了洗浴票，到中間有兩次忘帶房卡親自送我們到房間門口，再到最後退房時的熱情道別，服務專業又暖心。酒店的早餐味道可口，豐富多樣。下次出行，還是首選這家酒店。真心推薦！！！

旅行到這裏臨時定了中轉，根據當地的選擇，看到星級，價位都覺得應該會不錯，可惜，簡直是離了大譜。
服務：聞所未聞四星級酒店，還主打全智能房間，在沒有單獨設定取電卡的前提下，衹配備一張房卡；考慮有小孩與長者，與前台溝通需要增加一張房卡，態度惡劣，當著客人面甩房卡，還威脅客人第二天必須歸還2張房卡，我留你房卡幹嘛.，能發財還是能開party？沒有合格的服務素養，還沒常識！衹給一張房卡的理由是酒店滿房，要給別的客人做房卡...一個酒店滿房就缺卡，這是你酒店的管理問題，不是你在服務期間，態度囂張和找藉口的理由！建議去進行正規的規培再上崗，掛着四星給的是連快捷酒店都不如的服務！專業的四五星級酒店更會根據客人預訂提前在房間做好五點卡，調好温控。請某位戴眼鏡高個女生端正好你自己的服務素質，酒店門面不是你這樣的。早晨退房的時候語氣還很**，學學你身邊的前天**事。真的是不想當著孩子麪與你理論，
有一説一，今早所有遇到的客房衞生阿姨，還是其他員工都非常有親和力，且有很強的服務意識。這一星是給你們的。拜託那種拖後腿的前台同事，好自為之！
環境：國慶期間，店鋪施工，到的時候比較晚了，塵土飛揚，進店的時候希望他們稍作暫停，也是毫無顧忌繼續切工施工。酒店內部還有噴刺激性除膠除裝修痕跡的人在除痕。其他看起來都還可以。
設施：隔音很差，十一點了還能聽到隔壁房間的嬉笑聲，房間的床墊稍有轉身就異響不斷。智能馬桶使用起來更是聲響巨大，建議更換toto之類更好的品牌。

從晉城玩完來玩雁門關，臨時定了這家住宿，房間裝修豪華，衞生乾淨，重點是還比較寬敞，還送了洗浴門票，洗完澡放鬆身體後休息，住宿感受非常好。下次再來玩還住這裏👋
