一樓前台態度很好，耐心解答問題，房間設施齊全，環境優美，一整個落地窗能看到中庭景色。就是枕頭希望有軟硬區分。洗漱用品希望能多一點，但是有個讓行程有瑕疵的地方是游泳池及前台工作人員的態度，泳池沒有真正意義上的恆温，而且戴眼鏡的工作人員態度較惡劣，問題回答敷衍及有問題散漫，這確實是酒店的一敗筆。早餐相對豐富，就餐環境舒適寬敞，去泡温泉也有專車接送，其實對於短途旅遊是不錯的選擇。

房間乾淨衞生，前台服務態度很好，還給我們送了小禮物。隔壁的小鎮不算熱鬧，但還行。就是早餐品類有點少，一般般，味道也一般。
