這次是我第一次住希岸的酒店，這次真心的令我太難忘了，辦入住手續後，房間在8樓，入去之後發現洗手間地上有一大灘水，應該繫馬桶流水的。然後打電話去前台，我要求換房間，然後也給換了，而且這個房間正對着個醫院，讓人感覺真不舒服。我跟前台説換了單號給我吧，前台就給我換到9樓的單號房間。當時我感覺服務還滿意的。入住9樓後問題來了，空調一直沒有抽風的，開始我開着窗還沒有感覺不好，我還以為我不會弄那個空調，到晚上睡覺關了窗簾之後，感覺很悶熱，然後打電話給前台的服務員，服務員來看了之後説給你換一個房間吧。天啊，住個房間，折騰了3次總共換了三個，第三個才正常。還有就是早餐，看着你都不想吃啦，那品種少得可憐，感覺很不新鮮的樣子，可能是入住的客人不多吧，真心的説，350元在新興縣城住這就店，真的體現太差啦！！！！！以後再不會住希岸的酒店啦！

以前到雲浮新興總是入住温泉酒店，這一次嘗試住市區的希岸Deluxe酒店，體驗感不錯，裝修風格簡潔，以黑白色為主，房間舒適，早餐也不錯，前台服務態度很好！

前台小慧服務態度棒棒噠，酒店比較新，衞生乾淨，床墊和枕頭都很舒服，房間寬敞明亮，早餐品種還是可以的，整體感覺很好

地理位置：縣人民醫院旁邊，周圍都是小區羣，旁邊有乾淨整潔的菜市場以及筠州廣場，商超食肆很多，設施便利；
房間環境：明亮寬敞，格局方正。床的軟硬程度個人覺得一般般能接受。電器齊全能正常使用；
