前台粗心大意，扣起客人証件沒歸還，到客人退房也沒主動聯系客人，直至客人到深圳過關回香港才發現沒了証件。聯系酒店才確認証件在前台，當然客人沒檢查清楚也有責任，但奇怪為什麼那麼多職員見到有証件在前台，但沒人會覺得需要聯系客人嗎？
原本說安排立即送到關口給客人，但要客人等了5個小時，原來是叫了順風車順路拿到深圳，要等順風接客送客後，最後才把証件送到，白白浪費了客人5個小時，管理者真需要教育職員，有相同情況需盡快聯系客人，以免浪費大家時間

酒店服務很好，前台小姐姐很好很有禮貌。位置差少少，一出酒店門就要過大馬路好多車😅。房間很好，幹淨衛生，清靜，唯一不足就是沒有智能座厠(因為之前住筠州酒店有智能座厠😅😅)。
訂之前好擔心新開酒店有裝修异味，幸好沒有👍👍😁
另外還有洗衣房，晚上可以清洗衣服，省時省力👍👍😁
酒店附近好多餐廳可以吃飯👍😁
另外值得一贊就是可以延遲退房👍👍😁
以後還會選擇入住的😊
