剛開始辦理入住的時候，前台小姐姐熱情問候，瞭解我們行程安排後，怕我們玩的太累，特意查看我門訂的舒適房，就提出可以幫我們免費升級了豪華房型，讓我們在遊玩結束後能全身心放鬆身體，房間乾淨整潔明亮，床套也是蓬鬆柔軟，睡着很舒服。酒店整體體驗很棒。房間寬敞明亮，衞生做得很到位，前台服務貼心，有問必答。位置也不錯，周邊餐館、便利店齊全。價格合理，性價比高，推薦入住。

此酒店問題較多：1.私人公寓，酒店的名稱與攜程提供的名稱不一致，不好找。2.停車場指向模糊，沒有任何方向標誌，轉了三圈都找不到。3.前台服務態度差，説話不友好，懟客户。4.訂了四間，四間的下水道均反臭，洗臉池下水道反臭格外嚴重，致使房間味道大，極大影響入住體驗。
