It’s nice location nearly 8.7 kms from Qinghai convention and exhibition centre ,since I am business person. I loved and enjoyed a lot staying there , I recommend to others and my colleagues to stay there if you have opportunities to visit Xining. Thank you

The hotel room and its bathroom are very large spacious and they would meet four star hotel standard if they were kept clean and well maintained. But the carpet throughout the hotel needs to be changed and only one (and two later) out of four elevators was (were) working that caused big problems when all room were occupied. Guest reported the problem to the local police and a second elevator started to work one day later. Overall a great asset but very poor managed.

Far cry from what I imagine it used to be. Multiple floors are completely abandoned (massage, spa/bathhouse). The only floor not dedicated to guest rooms has a KTV with gaudy furniture and so much in excess despite severely lacking customers or demand. The location isn’t near food or much at all, but it isn’t a far walk to the central square (where the airport bus pick-up and drop-off are). In the room, the TV didn’t work. Some positives though: It was relatively quiet, and I slept comfortably (ie., the mattress and pillows were soft). I wouldn’t recommend the hotel or stay again, but I do hope it shines again to its former glory.

This is a proper 4 star hotel. The bed is very comfortable. The toiletries are pretty good, the towels are soft and neat. It even includes a bath tub and has a clothes iron. There is a comfortable sofa to lounge on. There is no AC, but Xining is usually cold a d you wouldn't need an AC. The location is great too. Its overlooking the river.
The only issues are
1. The breakfast spread is very very limited
2. It's a very old hotel and smells like one
If you are okay with the limited breakfast spread and the smell, then this is a great hotel for the price.

然後進門馬桶都是頭髮
一大清早八點多點阿姨狂敲門要打掃衞生。真的是離譜
