入住體驗超讚，前台小姐姐效率高又熱情；全程微笑服務，還幫忙搬行李，很暖心，房間設施全新且舒適；早餐豐富多樣，設施齊全，強力推薦哦！

第三次住這家酒店，這次給我的房間地毯上有很多污漬和破損，為了不產生按金糾紛我還得自己拍照記錄。第一天入住我在前台付款了兩天的房費，但是前台工作人員衹給我們登記了一天，第二天中午我在塔爾寺大經堂被打電話詢問是退房還是續住。我錢都已經付了兩天的，你説呢？然後回來打不開門，發現房卡我衹做了一天，我又上下樓跑補做房卡。
最惡劣的是，前台感冒了卻不戴口罩接待我們，直接對着我們咳嗽，我和老公當時就對這個行為很反感，果然，當天晚上我們都開始有感冒症狀，第二天開始嚴重感冒，不得已放棄後面的高原行程，改道向西安行駛。
跟經理反應這個情況後，酒店方道歉了，送了三個盲盒，盲盒裡是假珍珠做的手鍊。這對於我們好不容易排出的假期，計劃已久的行程，無奈中斷的朝聖旅行，幾句對不起和三個盲盒根本沒有任何意義。
更離譜的是最後一晚，酒店的地暖關了，洗澡水也不熱。拿温度計測了，41℃的水，水不冷，但洗澡會覺得冷。
酒店方對我們本次行程造成的影響，不是幾句對不起就能彌補的，每年都來塔爾寺，在這裏入住三次了，也向朋友推薦過，但這是體驗感最差的一次，以後不會再向任何人推薦入住這裏

為了第二天去塔爾寺預訂的，很驚喜，房間居然有瀰漫供氧，房間很温暖，早餐有點簡單，土豆絲挺好吃。東西丟在房間前台💁還特意打電話告知，停車場也很大
