從青海湖和茶卡鹽湖回來已經快夜裡11:00點鐘,還餓着肚子 它家離莫家街很近,兩個人從夜市買了些吃的趕緊去酒店入住,沒想到忙中出錯定錯了房型,去前台很痛快的就給換了房型,逛街吃飯挺方便,離火車站和景點也都不遠

來西寧遊玩最佳選擇就是這個酒店。為什麼這麼説呢？因為實在是太方便了。
酒店地處核心地帶，離清真寺、莫家街、新千觀光夜市都非常近，都是步行就能到。
並且是當地旅行團的集合地，出酒店就上旅行車。這一點特別贊
買東西也特別方便，無論莫家街還是下關南街，當地特產應有盡有。
酒店服務特別好，裝修也很好。價格也贊。住這裏真是明智選擇

一次體驗感很差的入住，細節暴露管理問題
本次入住體驗非常不佳，酒店在衞生、服務和管理上存在明顯短板。
1. 衞生狀況堪憂： 房間清潔明顯不到位，淋浴間地面有遺留的眉筆；牙膏和洗漱台下發現用過的棉簽；地板上有不明毛髮和羽毛；充電插頭積滿灰塵。
2. 服務缺失且不專業：
· 前台流程生疏，退房時無任何提示，需主動詢問才告知流程結束，停車券也需索要才提供。
· 介紹中承諾的“專職行李員”形同虛設，無人協助拿取行李。
· 地下停車場破敗，車牌識別系統失靈，需保安協助才能入場，體驗很差。
3. 設施設計與管理的硬傷：
· 隔音效果極差： 酒店緊鄰馬路，且未安裝有效的隔音設施，夜間車輛通行噪音非常明顯，嚴重影響睡眠。
· 20層的高樓僅配備兩部電梯，高峯期等待時間極長。
· Wi-Fi連接流程繁瑣，需跳轉微信並登記大量個人訊息，且最終仍連接失敗。
· 一樓公區（休息區、健身房、洗衣房）的動線設計不合理，必須繞行前台，極為不便。
唯一的優點是洗浴間空間巨大，但整體低廉的裝修、糟糕的隔音和上述諸多問題，讓所謂的“高性價比”無從談起。

房間有煙盒，無語。還找不到電視遙控器。打電話讓前台來撕電視膜，打完電話人就消失了。差評。電視的膜應該入住前就撕把，你們是覺得顧客不會用電視嗎i？
房間護髮素也沒有，還是打電話要的。特意定的四星，結果失望至極

酒店設施老舊入住房間下水道反味，整個房間都臭哄哄的，跟前台聯繫換了個房間，晚上洗澡時發現噴壺支架壞的，不能使用，轉天跟前台反應來人修理，水也不熱，這是我整個西北行最鬧心的酒店，但是酒店早餐還不錯，彌補了鬱悶的心情，前台服務也不錯，能及時解決問題

到酒店前台入住遇到一個一根筋的接待，我説了攜程預訂並出示身份證，她非要説我是團購的，我把手機上的訂單都拿給她看了還一個勁讓我再下單預訂，我不耐煩了準備發飆，這時候旁邊一個年長一些的接待忙完其他客人幫我辦理入住，很少遇到這麼聽不懂人話的年輕人。這家酒店還有一個奇葩的事情，房間的窗子時不時有啪踏啪踏拍打窗玻璃的聲音，把窗子關緊拉上窗簾好一點不太影響睡眠，其它設施和位置都挺好的，早餐也中規中矩，衞生也好。

一進大堂，裝修簡約又大氣，燈光佈置得恰到好處，讓人感覺很放鬆。房間裡佈置温馨，床品柔軟舒適，晚上我都睡得特別香！衞生間乾濕分離，洗漱用品質量也不錯。而且房間每天都打掃得乾乾淨淨，住得超安心。
