It was almost 11:00 pm when we got back from Qinghai Lake and Chaka Salt Lake, and we were still hungry. The hotel is very close to Mojia Street. We bought some food at the night market and hurried to check in. Unexpectedly, we made a mistake in booking the wrong room type. We went to the front desk and they quickly changed the room type. It is very convenient for shopping and dining, and it is not far from the train station and attractions.

一進大堂，裝修簡約又大氣，燈光佈置得恰到好處，讓人感覺很放鬆。房間裡佈置温馨，床品柔軟舒適，晚上我都睡得特別香！衞生間乾濕分離，洗漱用品質量也不錯。而且房間每天都打掃得乾乾淨淨，住得超安心。

這個酒店確實很難評，來之前看到很多差評，覺得不至於吧。是不是別人挑剔了？來了以後你發現大家説的問題確實存在。
硬件：高級豪華大床房，房間門和廁所門要應盡全身力氣才能開，床墊翻個身就咯吱咯吱響...洗澡10分鐘,地漏堵起來了....
服務就真的很難評，感覺西寧人民都挺好的。但老百姓好歸好，酒店是服務業。正如其他客人評價一樣，培訓不到位，這家店沒有服務意識。答應你好好好，動作卻極其慢。
現在是旅遊旺季，到店的時候下午五多，前台就留了一個人辦理入住，一個穿白襯衫的美女忙前忙後，就她一個人嗎？解釋到都在開會。那姑娘忙得已經沒有脾氣，前台所有客人都在找她（好心疼）。
想要烘乾衣服，衣服烘乾時間過長，拜託前台烘乾，答應了兩次。回酒店晚上快十點發現他們忘記了,等機器還要等一個多小時....也就是十一點才能等到機器....
在西寧前兩天住的萬達美華，最後一天萬達悦華，-這選擇挺失敗的。
總結衹要地理位置,不要設施和服務的，再選擇這家吧。
