酒店衛生做得不好，訂了兩間客房，每間客房的浴室都有頭髮。啊咦做清潔不到位，房間有一股廁所的味道，勉強可以住上一晚。

酒店就在西寧火車站廣場附近，幾分鐘就到了，很方便。酒店的環境和設施都很好，前台服務很貼心，因為火車晚點兩個小時，工作人員還特意打電話提醒了住宿事宜，凌晨到酒店，辦理入住很順利。酒店的自助早餐味道不錯，住的很舒服。好評。
