这次入住体验超预期！离七彩丹霞景区5分鐘左右車程。周边吃饭停車都很方便。设施新、房间干净整洁，我们住的房间是哪吒敖丙风格，俩娃都非常驚喜。
到店及离店老闆娘都主动幫提行李，離店時已快十點，得知我們還未吃早餐，老闆娘詢廚房還有余餐，熱情贈送我們爱心早餐，这种被细心照顾的感觉，真的太加分了。（本人極少寫評，此為仅有的一两次，只因感動到了）

對於酒店我一般很少評論，也不會差評，這次住的不得不説。1，酒店的洗浴用水冷熱不均，交替時間5秒左右，要麼很燙，要麼很涼，根本沒法洗澡，叫服務員來看過，他們説什麼線路壞了，一時半會沒法修，等老闆過來，可是老闆從沒出現過，也沒有解決。住了3天，3個晚上都是冷熱水交替。2，前台服務質量一般，工作人員不熱情，似乎是臨時工。有一晚叫前台送幾個一次性杯子過來，前台説沒空，那麼是否有阿姨呢？難道酒店不是24小時服務的嗎？3，衞生間有蟑螂，介於以上兩點，蟑螂的事我那個前台告知，不抱有希望她們會解決。4我們房間的電視機遙控器是壞的，智能控制也是沒反應的。

這次入住體驗超棒！酒店地理位置絕佳，出行便捷。房間寬敞整潔，床品柔軟舒適，智能設備一應俱全，細節之處盡顯品質。前台服務熱情周到，主動幫忙提行李、規劃遊玩路線。早餐種類豐富，中西式美食都有，味道超讚！下次還會選擇這裏！

設施：設施比較高 衹能語音 電動窗簾 小米電視 電動馬桶 房間大 這個房間是兩張1.5米大床 房間寬敞 樓層也高 整體都很好 就是一次性浴巾不太好用 洗澡水有大又熱 如果再有一個辦公桌就更好了
衞生：衞生整潔 衞生間 淋浴間都比較整潔 就是地毯顯得有點臟了
環境：環境很好 樓下就是萬達廣場 購物 就餐非常方便
服務：樓層服務人員服務態度好 響應及時 前台看着很疲憊 有問必答

就是地點還挺好，衞生不咋地，剛進去時地都是黏腳的，服務員過來又簡單給我拖了一下，不過沒啥用，還是黏，感覺就是把床鋪鋪就讓下一個客人住了，根本沒好好打掃，還有個優點就是有空調，畢竟青海有空調的酒店不多
