My room was actually on the second floor below ground (the listing says 2-3rd floor), which seems like a bit of a misnomer. Luckily, there were other room types available when we arrived, so we chose the rooftop. (You can enjoy the view without leaving your room.)"

The homestay is newly opened, very clean, the boss is reasonably priced, and will stay here next time. Stop, very suitable for emo hotels."

"The room was clean and the hotel has its own parking lot behind it. The front desk staff 1015 and 1011 also provided good service and helped recommend good restaurants near the hotel. The hotel breakfast buffet was quite rich, with both Chinese and Western breakfasts. There were even small seafood for breakfast, which didn't seem like something that a county town should have. Hahaha. This was really a surprise. The self-driving tour around here is really not good. The village roads are super narrow and it's very troublesome to miss other cars. Experienced drivers said they didn't want to drive again."

"We passed by Xiapu on our way to Hangzhou. It was raining that day and we arrived at Dongbi Village very late. We found Shijianhai to stay. The staff enthusiastically helped us with our luggage. The beautiful lady at the front desk was very considerate. She had lived in Guangzhou for a long time before and said that she was very friendly to see our Guangdong A license plate. She upgraded our room to Shanyuan Erli, where the environment was quiet and there was a large landscape platform. The balcony of the room could see the sea and the swimming pool. The scenery was so beautiful that I suddenly felt like I was in Santorini. Every staff member here was very enthusiastic. We had breakfast, lunch and dinner here and were very satisfied. We stayed another night the next day and enjoyed the slow life here. We walked the path leading to the sea countless times every day. It was so beautiful. Thank you Shijianhai for leaving us an unforgettable memory."

"Rather than saying it's a scam to get good reviews, it's more like a fraud. Putting aside the weather, I spent another 1,200 to upgrade the room type to the best one on the 7th floor. It's outrageous... more than 2,000 a night, do you really dare to ask for that price? Can you sell it for 400 a night in the off-season? The area marked as 80 or 100 square meters actually includes the terrace. The room has a power leak and is not soundproof. There is a laundry room outside the door without even a door. It was constantly banging. In the middle of the night, someone ran to the rooftop and shouted and jumped without anyone stopping them. The decoration smelled extremely heavy and cheap. A wooden board fell down in the middle of the night. The waiter's attitude was good, but there was no service. Is the breakfast worth the room rate? The location is also on the edge, far away from the lively area. It's really a rip-off. Everyone who wants to come here should consider it carefully."

"Don't set your expectations too high. I originally booked a two-night stay, but left immediately after one. 1. The toiletries were a comb in a toothbrush box, with only one toothbrush set per room. 2. The sink light wasn't working, and there was a hole in the top. The smart mirror didn't work and wouldn't turn on. When I unplugged the hair dryer from the outlet next to it, the entire panel fell off. 3. There was no hot water. I turned the switch as instructed, but the hot water didn't heat up. The first person was fine for a shower, but subsequent showers were cold. 4. The view from the ocean view room was really not that great. I can't give it a good review."

My room faces the tidal flat to the north. The scenery is different when the tide rises and the tide recedes. It is probably a favorite place for photographers. The room is big, bright, quiet, and clean. There are no problems with wifi and TV. It was perfect for me to rest and recuperate for a few days between two outdoor activities. There are restaurants in the village, mostly in the form of seafood stalls, but there are far more choices in the county than here."
