位置距離大京沙灘不遠，步行過去就很方便。前台的服務比較熱情，旅遊諮詢也可以跟他們聊。頂樓看外面的風景視野不錯，此外酒店的停車場還比較大，停車很方便。酒店可以吃晚餐（自費）很新鮮，不過不推薦八爪魚，嚼不動，其他不錯，另外米飯品質有些差。總體評價還算OK，硬性條件（裝修）有限，但配套（停車場和地理位置）非常好。

房子二樓直接通向小山坡，眺望大海風光無限好！房間乾淨整潔，樓下很寬的平台可以曬太陽，老闆熱情忠厚，給我們聯繫了下海網魚的船長也特別好，帶我們到深海網到了很多美味的海鮮，小孩在船上特別興奮。老闆這還可以提供洗衣機洗衣服晾曬也很方便。老闆娘還會做美味的飯菜。一家人住得還是很舒適開心！

老闆人挺好 飯菜也燒的好 海鮮不錯。樓頂可以看日出日落。不好的是，沒有洗澡。（水放了很久還是冷的）

房間還可以，服務也可以。就是在酒店約的出海捕魚，漁船也是酒店幫忙的，説好300出海捕魚，結果到一半了推薦500的，説300元的也沒什麼魚。我們説就300好了，他直接網都沒放就帶我們回來了。如果是純觀光遊，我們6人最多衹要180，還收300是什麼意思？如果一網下去是空網就算了，網都不放不是欺負人嗎？

説實話，除了價格沒什麼優勢。自建小樓五層全住滿，基本都是家庭出行。有停車場，有自己的餐廳，口味很普通，價格很離譜。離大京沙灘很近。節假日去真的看運氣，路上超級堵車。不會再去了
