房間非常乾淨，酒店前台服務也很好，周邊設施完善，找不到車位保安會幫忙停車，隔音效果也不錯，居住體驗蠻好的

開車比較方便，裝修還可以，有電梯，沒有早餐，房間設施太簡單了，傢俱衹有床和牀頭櫃，沒有桌子電視，包都沒有地方放，衣服也沒地掛。日出確實落地窗向東，沒在房間看，對面有山，去北岐灘塗看的日出也有山

總體除了位置太偏的問題其他都挺好的比較適合自駕出行的朋友（老闆可以提供租車服務）民宿在新建的村子，所以設施啥的都很新很乾凈，4樓也裝了電梯很方便。前台的小妹很熱情，本來計劃第二天4點多準備打車去北兜沙灘看日出的，滴滴預約不到車子，小妹推薦了民宿邊上步行20分鐘左右的灘塗田日出景觀台

1.用了權益有空房間沒有給免費升級房型。
2.水太小，還好是夏天，冬天請慎重。
