The hotel is clean, the rooms are hygienic, and the location is very convenient. The customer service even gave me fruit on the first day. I originally ordered a double bed but later I asked for a double bed and it was upgraded. The lady at the front desk was also very polite and professional. I want to come back and stay again when I return to Xiangyang next time

酒店前台怡怡服務非常貼心，工作人員熱情周到，辦理入住迅速，解決問題及時。讓人感到温馨舒適，床鋪舒適，環境很好，採光好！配有桌子和小沙發，很安靜。衞生間洗臉巾浴巾獨立包裝、挺乾淨的。酒店位置優越，在市中心，出行方便。用餐也挺方便的自助形式選擇多、美味可口！

本來是臨時訂的酒店，想着過渡一下就行，結果兩天住下來好感度拉滿，忍不住想誇誇～退房時酒店小崔小姐姐服務態度超好，門口就有公交站，去市區商圈幾站路直達。周邊小吃店特別多，早上出門能吃到熱乎乎的本地早餐，晚上餓了下樓買燒烤也超方便。最關鍵是晚上很安靜，臨街的房間也沒什麼噪音，對睡眠淺的人太友好了！一進門就覺得敞亮，床單被罩看着乾乾淨淨，沒有異味。床墊軟硬剛好，每天逛完景點回來躺床上，渾身都放鬆了。

剛從這家酒店退房，酒店整體特別好，位置很方便了，在市區正中心，前往景點和商圈都很近，對我們這種遊客很友好，並且酒店門口隨時都有出租車。房間很乾凈，床也很舒適，浴室也收拾得很整潔，熱水來得快水温也穩。這次住在酒店27樓，剛好看見酒店行政酒廊在辦活動，酒店還邀請我進去用了甜品，服務真的是一流，甜品也很好吃。
前台小姐姐服務特別好，辦理入住退房都很快，還主動給我們推薦了附近好吃的早餐店，這家酒店的性價比真的高，下次來還住這兒，已經推薦給朋友了～

感覺沒有想象中的OK
性價比有點低😂
送的水果是香蕉蘋果梨 香蕉🍌反正是生的 芯芯是硬的
點外賣不讓外賣員送上樓 打電話請前台安排人幫忙送 總共送了兩次 不能隨時幫忙送上來 晚上十一二點了不行 不過這可能也是因為值班人員較少或者是出於對前台小姐姐的安全考慮 建議設一位專門負責這方面業務的工作人員或者購進送餐機器人🤖
還有就是地址民發世紀大酒店不在民發世紀廣場🤣
