Prime location! But the room was a disappointment – older than expected with a peeling fake leather bed. Staff were fine. Choose this spot for the location, not the room.

Location and reception are good but the hygiene of this hotel is nowhere to be found. One word: NASTY. We found coackroaches and a bra of previous guest in our room. Like do they even clean the rooms? I had to ask them several times to have remove that nasty bra and also found a lot of dust in the room even after they had supposedly did a huge clean in the room. Couldn’t sleep well at all as everything felt itchy and nasty. This hotel really doesn’t deserve the 4 star rating. More like a 2 star hotel…

Hotel is right above Zhongshan street and is just a minute away to walking shopping street and short walk to other attractions. It’s also easy to get a taxi or Didi right below the hotel. The hotel come with free tea and can drink. The staffs was also helpful to change my fridge in my room as it was not cold.

We had a great stay.
Great location.
Room is a little but hot but they gave us a fan.
Staffs are very accommodating.
They let us do a late check out at 2pm instead of 12pm.
Will definitely go back. ❤️

酒店交通很方便，就在中山路步行街這裏，離地鐵站很近，對老年人來説出行非常友好。大堂很漂亮，房間也寬敞整潔，早餐品種豐富。唯一稍有缺陷的就是服務員態度一般，尤其和長者交流起來有點口音，雙方可能都聽不太清楚。主要是和前面一個泉州的同價位酒店相比，長者覺得那家服務員更熱情主動。

服務人員熱情，介紹周邊旅遊景點，環境很不錯👍👍，樓下就是中山路步行街很熱鬧，小吃很多，大堂還有個可愛的大猩猩，換洗衣服很方便，有洗衣機烘乾機，淋浴間水壓充足，房間床品柔軟舒適乾淨。
