超出預期，共住了兩晚，滿意度非常高！Teresa非常貼心，遇到的問題都完美解答。房間安排也特別好。酒店雖然不是很新，但是地理位置絕佳，房間面積也很大。推薦給來廈門遊玩的朋友，旁邊就是廈大和南普陀還有網紅沙坡尾。

直接種草的酒店，服務好，景色好，每個工作人員都很熱情負責，特別是nancy一早就添加了微信，安排的好的房間，正對鼓浪嶼，還是一個可以邊泡澡邊看鼓浪嶼的房間。因為是來看演唱會的，早早就安排了接駁車，一到廈門就直接可以入住了，當進入房間，窗簾自動拉開的那一刻，什麼疲憊都沒了，還送了小熊娃娃，演唱會來回接送，回來推開門又已經準備好甜湯了，總之下次來廈門就認準康萊德了，離廈大南普陀，沙尾坡都近。。

地理位置特別好,吃飯的地方和主要景點都在附近.
景色一流,可以説是廈門最好.窗外就能看到台灣海峽和鼓浪嶼.
內裝修非常好,可以看出很用心保養,雖然是16年的酒店但是完全不過時.mini吧免費.有高層無邊泳池,健身房基礎器械齊全.
服務：是最令人驚喜的,幾乎有求必應,幾乎所有問題都是秒回.因為自家泳池在裝修,還特意提出了可以派車到隔壁華爾道夫遊.所以感謝Alan的周到服務啦!
很好的入住體驗,下回來還會選擇康萊德

我也算是一個在全世界住過很多五星級酒店的人了，但是這次在廈門住的康萊德五星級酒店確實讓我覺得非常失望，2000多元一晚上的五星級酒店，除了窗外的風景還不錯以外，其他的地方都讓我覺得非常的不值得，這個酒店可能年代久遠了，所以設施設備看起來比較舊，到了游泳池以後差點會被那濃烈的消毒水味道沖飛，簡直是又臭又難聞，讓我這次根本就沒有下游泳池去游泳，歡迎水果總共三個，沒有擺盤美感，潦草普通居然不如亞朵和漢庭，早餐很差，場地小，而且混亂，基本上都是預製的菜品。如果這樣的場地在800到¥1000，我覺得可以接受，但是價格到了¥2000，簡直是拿消費者開涮，不會再來這個酒店第二次。
