Excellent property with 5 star amenities..very cooperative staff

Super friendly and helpful staff made our trip to Xiamen very convenient! The hotel is located down the road from a metro station and a short ride from the train station. The pool area also contains a hot jacuzzi bath and there is a dry sauna in the changing rooms. A variety of healthy options are served at buffet breakfast.

Hotel close to airport

Room came with a hand-written welcome note. The concierge was always polite and helpful. The gym and sauna are worth a visit.

At the same time, I brought some equipment to learn. There were still many sockets at the head of the bed and the desk. There was even an adapter for me to charge with a foreign charger. The restaurant on the first floor was very good. I thought the price was moderate. There was a 40% discount for guests staying in the hotel, but I didn't tell them when I checked in. I only found out when I went downstairs to eat. It could be delivered to the guest room. It is recommended that the restaurant on the first floor add a cheap Shacha noodles! I even went out to eat there specially. I hope I can eat it in the hotel next time! In addition, the hotel gym was a little bit lagging. It would be better if there were barbells.

It should be the problem of the management. All the staff have no sense of service. The hotel facilities are very good and the location is also very good. However, the service and management have been downgraded. Starting from the front desk reception, there is obviously no training, which is worse than that of a budget hotel. There is no clear service process. Customers' opinions are basically not listened to. They have to emphasize that you can stay or not. Look at the pile of bad reviews, and they don't see any adjustments. If the management is not aware of it, the guests will basically leave.

I will still choose this hotel when I come to Xiamen again. The room attendant is very attentive and I am very satisfied with my stay.
