這個價位的大床房跟名宿都沒法比，沒有電吹風，電視也是壞的。衞生間洗澡設施老舊。被子內襯都是發黃的。我酒店是第一次給差評。前台接待服務倒是很好。不想再體驗了。

各方面都還是服務很好的，價格也實惠，樓下也就是夜宵街。老闆也會介紹各個地方玩的和吃的。

服務員熱情，房間乾淨整潔，過來旅遊的，樓下很熱鬧，有很多小吃，出行也很方便，性價比很高。

設施配套齊全，價格親民，比其他賓館方便多了，樓下從5點多開始就很多擺攤的小吃，不需要走太遠，出行也方便，查一下攻略就可以坐公交直達，地鐵站也不遠，方便快捷。

真誠銘威賓館在海滄相對便利的地段，附近有公交站和地鐵出行較為方便。樓下就是小吃街 晚上還有很多夜宵，很熱鬧。這個價位性價比很高 下次還會再來
