是被閨蜜安利來入住的酒店，説很適合帶娃來，於是乎我就帶着我家的小朋友來了。入住的時候前台辦理很迅速，告知了一些遊玩的事宜，然後因為第二天的行程原因，要求延遲一點點退房，很爽快的答應了，挺親切的，房間有送水果還有那個歡迎卡，還是挺好的，房間很大，孩子特別喜歡，一次滿意的出行，找個時間二刷（＾－＾）V

停車場很大，環境不錯，有入動物園的住客通道，酒店實習生辦的入住，和入園檢票人員一樣全程冷臉好像欠了票錢一樣。園區有個小小遊樂園，項目不多，單獨收費。動物園規模整體不大，一小時夠逛一圈了。小小的孩子可以來節省大人奔波力氣，大童就沒必要為了看動物單獨住一晚。禮賓部拿行李經常找不到人。園區餐廳餐點種類不多以快餐為主。自助冰激凌機15一份都是冰碴。早餐品種還可以，中西早餐都有，美中不足的是沒有留桌牌，一個人用餐會比較尷尬衹能每次拿取時候交代阿姨不要收桌。房間網絡上不了要打電話聯繫前台才會告知正確方式，不會主動告知。如果要洗漱用具不要找前台，沒用，要用客房座機打6000聯繫客房部。記得多打幾遍，我是打第六遍的時候聯繫上的。整體感覺就是雖然是五星級酒店但是管理層也明顯擺爛不想掙扎了，酒店不知道是不是為了壓縮人力成本除了保潔都是年輕的實習生面孔。動物園區小，酒店服務人員不多，體驗感不佳。衹有衞生還不錯以及馬戲表演的國際友人在努力。對親子出行入住有要求的還是建議避坑了，衹體驗馬戲表演就好。ps：廈門五星級酒店服務能做到這種程度的也就單遇到這一家。

雖然是17年開業的，門頭也不是很大很豪華，但是整體設施保養的都還不錯，地毯沙發牆面都沒有什麼污跡，廁所細節也比較乾淨。 入住當天和朋友是生日，酒店還特意幫房間做了生日佈置，非常的貼心。整體入住體驗非常好，下次來廈門還會選擇洲靈玲大酒店！

來廈門旅遊選靈玲主要看中位置，確實沒選錯。離動車站超近，打車去鼓浪嶼碼頭、中山路雖然有點距離，但是島內實在是太堵了，還是集美區相對好點，酒店本身很有設計感，大堂和房間都讓人眼前一亮。工作人員態度友好，入住退房都很快。是一次很滿意的體驗。

服務到位，我提出的各種需求都能滿足，讓人感覺賓至如歸。房間乾淨床墊柔軟，被子舒適，設施也很齊全，還有送餐機器人，可以直接把外賣送到房間，這點很棒。早餐也美味，樣式繁多，品類豐富，中式西式都有，還有現煮沙茶麪。

這次的入住體驗真的驚艷到我了！辦理入住時，前台工作人員不僅效率超高，還特別貼心，詳細地給我介紹了周邊的美食和好玩的地方，連出行路線都幫我規劃好了，完全打消了我初來乍到的陌生感。入住期間，有天我不小心把衣服弄臟了，想着衹能自己手洗了，結果聯繫客房服務後，酒店有洗衣服務，收費不貴，工作人員很快就上門取走，還仔細詢問了污漬的情況。第二天送回來的時候，衣服不僅洗得乾乾淨淨，褶皺都被熨平了，還包裝得整整齊齊，這服務真的太到位了！

地毯臟臟的，馬桶有尿漬，反正衞生挺差的淋浴頭不可固定，沒有小童洗護。設施陳舊，簡陋。也沒啥服務可言，外賣要自己下樓拿，行李也不要指望有人幫忙送。優點是動物園可近距離接觸，可餵食，餐飲性價比還行，親自遊樂設施套票也還行。
