位置在集美區，總體價格比島內要便宜很多。不過，攜程近期的價格變化很大，不同人價也不一樣，^_^希望能有個價格保護機制。

離集美學村比較近，打車方便，門口方便停車。附近店鋪比較少。住房設施齊全，就房間有煙味，上一波房客在室內抽煙，吸到窗簾裏面了可能是，所以睡到半夜還有很重的煙味。打車去機場方便。總的來説還可以。
