There's no attendance at the hotel. There's a small desk next to the staircase leading up to the hotel rooms with the main door electronically locked accessible with a password. It's advisable that you call the hotel number before you arrive otherwise you will have to wait for the hotel staff (one person operation) only upon calling the hotel number. Fortunately, it wasn't raining or very cold when I arrived. I waited for nearly an hour and asked the shop next to it whether it was still in operation. Finally, I made a call and found out that one has to call the hotel number despite it has your booking. It's fortunate that I speak putonghua and can communicate clearly with the operator. I return to the hotel on the day of checking out at around 5 minutes after noon. I was locked out of my room as the password to open my room door was changed by the computer system. I once again have to call the hotel and have to wait for about 10 minutes to get a new password to open my room door. Fortunately, my train booking is at 2.00pm and gave me sufficient time to pack up, walk to the subway station and travel to the train station to catch my train. Please note that the electricity outlets only accept Chinese two flat pin plugs. It's unlike many hotels which will accept the EU two round pin battery charger. There are many food outlets close to the hotel. It's location is very good as it's a few minutes walk to a bus stop or the subway or food stall selling a wide variety of food.
