Because the room we booked was occupied, the customer service temporarily upgraded us to a larger room. The room was spacious and comfortable, very suitable for a family. The customer service responded very quickly and basically met all our requests, thank you very much. The only downside was that the projection was a bit slow... but in the end, we almost didn't use the projection.
